An error occurred while saving the comment Qinghua Xu commentedAgree. I work from a global institution which has multiple campuses across the globe. Recently we had an instructor cloned an item from a course he taught in Shanghai before for a new course to be taught in New York. The request ended up in Shanghai as supposed to New York, which could a big issue for us since having a physical item for pickup in China would not help the students in the United States.

Currently, we've used all the item info (1-5) fields.
Most of them are used for the additional Web form when users submit their requests. for example,
ItemInfo1: Print Preferred?
ItemInfo2: Required Textbook?
ItemInfo3: Alternate edition acceptable?
ItemInfo4: Specify Alternate Edition Licensing
ItemInfo5: API load notes
We'd like to request a few more ItemInfo fields. For example, we want to be able to see the free text in the field in a queue without having to open the items. The notes field would not work for that purpose as we have to open the item.
