Allow patron to cancel photoduplication order if they do not want to approve the invoice
When an invoice is generated in Aeon, it's made visible for the patron to approve in the web. But there is no option for patrons to cancel that request if they do not wish to approve the invoice.

Update FAQ section on password reset
The default text in the FAQ section says:
"In the event that you forget your password, please contact the
Reference staff at (800) 555-1234. We can then reset your password allowing you access to Aeon. Please change your password once you logon to Aeon."For security purposes, patrons should be encouraged to reset their own password. The default language should be updated to direct the patron to ForgotPassword.html first, then to contact staff if they still need assistance.

Allow NewAuthRegistration to behave like NewUserRegistration after remote authentication
When patrons register via AeonAuth (non-shib), they are taken to the First Time Users page, asked to click through to agree to the policies, and then directed to the registration page.
NewAuthRegistration (via Shib) behaves differently and there is only one form where both the First Time policies and registration form are present after authentication.
Sites would like for patrons to see the First Time Users page separately from NewAuthRegistration.

The ability to use the Site Description column in more areas.
Right now the new SiteDescription column offers the ability to create and display more detailed site descriptions, but it is limited to web page grids. It would be nice if this column was opened up for use with other page elements.

Update validation message on Keep in Review page to better indicate which field(s) is not validating.
Current Keep in Review validation just says "This request is missing required information." It should be updated to know which field is missing required information so it is more clear to patrons whether they just need to choose a scheduled date or if other required information is missing from a request.

Add ability to customize the Cancellation Message -- Cancelled by Customer
When a request is cancelled by the user, the message that is displayed in the web for Reason for Cancellation is "Cancelled by Customer." Having the ability to edit that text would allow consistency across web pages if edits have been made to address Users as Researchers or Patrons rather than Customers.

Pull in/map additional data from remote auth login to Aeon user registration.
Allow better mapping of additional information from LDAP and Shibboleth for remote auth registration.
Example: if value passing as username is email address, also allow this value to populate the Email Address field on the registration form.

Clean "Unable to determine StateCode for ID 999" from the Aeon DLL logs
There are several places where this message appears. It makes diagnosing other actual errors harder because of the clutter in the logs.

Remove unnecessary tabindex=0 on inputs because they're redundant
tabindex=0 adds an html element to the tab order. By default, inputs are already focusable, so they do not need a tabindex=0.
Note: the tabindex=0 should also be removed from any elements that do not explicitly need to be focusable via tab. Screen readers users will be able to reach the text regardless whether it is in the tab order or not. It'll likely just confused keyboard users.

Modify request validation in the web to better support non-transaction fields.
- Add RequestLink to Keep in Review form (replace with correct page name)
- In-place request validation should ignore non-transaction fields for Keep in Review page but should consider them when submitting for processing.

Update javascript functionality in scheduled-date.js - vary based on site or location
Scheduled-date.js currently only offers one version of the scheduled date calendar for all forms. In many cases, the calendar needs to change based on form, site, or location.
Site example: several libraries use one instance of Aeon. One reading room is open on Saturday, but the others are not. Should have the option for one site to include Saturday and the other(s) to block requesting on Saturdays.
Location example: If materials are offsite, they may take longer to retrieve. The scheduled date calendar should be configurable to block days if material if offsite, or allow same day requesting if it…

Make OpenURL importing smarter to handle possible blank fields
If an OpenURL string contains a blank value for one of the fields, skip it so that a later field that contains a value can be used.

Add a link for viewing requests on Aeon's Review Requests page
On Aeon's View Requests in Review page, there is no link to view the details of a request. The only options are to either edit individual requests or batch-submit requests.
This can be accomplished by adding one of the following to the Templates/RequestsInReviewDataRow.html page.
<a href="<#DLL queryFields='false'>?Action=10&Form=63&Value=<#DATAROW field='TransactionNumber'>"><#DATAROW field='TransactionNumber'></a>

Filter notifications on web to only show emails sent to the user
Right now, Aeon shows all notifications (emails) sent regarding a transaction. It's possible some of those emails may be internal in nature but there isn't a way to filter those out currently.
Either certain emails could be marked as "internal", during the email creation process and/or email routing entry, or emails could be filtered to only show those where the user's email address is in the TO or CC fields. This would be an issue if the user changed their email address, though.

When users log in to Aeon Web, provide feedback for disavowed usernames
Occasionally online users will create a new Aeon account not realizing that they have an existing account. We merge the records and disavow the duplicate, but when users try to log in with the disavowed username, the "Username not in database" message does not appear, just the message "Password incorrect"--because the username does exist, just disavowed. Can we have a separate message specifically to address logins with disavowed usernames, distinct from logins with active usernames?
