The University of Pittsburgh has adapted the batch import template to allow for the import of requests into more than one activity. They did that by adding the activity ID field to the template. It would be easier to get the activity IDs if they were included in the fields that display when a staff person clicks on the Activities tab in the staff client and views the current activities. From this view, the table can be exported to Excel. It would be helpful if the activity ID was included in the export. The Activity ID field is not currently available in the column chooser.
