Photoduplication - block requests once a patron has reached a page limit
From the University of Tulsa: Some of our collections contain huge troves of unpublished manuscripts, which has caused issues with copyright violations. Patrons can request scans of up to 200 pages from a single collection in a 6-month period. Is there a feature that will help us automate that policy? Flagging accounts, or blocking those requests from going through once the system records that a patron has successfully received a certain page count, or even stopping the request before it goes to submission?

New York State Archives would also like this feature. They will be integrating inter-library loan processes in Aeon, and ILL has a limit of 5 microfilm rolls (which could be recorded in the page count field) per 4-6 weeks.
