The University of Tulsa allows patrons to cancel unconfirmed appointments. If the patron cancels the appointment, the appointment reference is removed from the associated request record(s). It would be helpful if the appointment association remained, particularly in the use case where the patron wanted to schedule a new appointment in the future and wanted to request those same materials. It will be easier for staff to see on the client side which requests belonged to the original cancelled appointment, so that the requests could be cloned to the new appointment.
