The University of Baltimore and UC San Diego would like for the "ArchivalObjectInstance" that currently writes to the ItemVolume field to not include repetitive information. It includes the collection name and location information (both repetitive - that information already writes to other fields as part of the import), along with the top container type and indicator, which is the only information needed in this field. Baltimore would also like the ability to have the location information write to the SubLocation field instead.

The University of Pittsburgh would also like the ability to import the child and grandchild instance information.

The University of Pittsburgh would also like to import an indication when the "Restrictions Apply?" checkbox is checked. The checkbox is located in the Basic Information section of the resource record at both the collection level and the component level.

The University of Southern California would like the following mapping customizations to be available in the addon:
· No author or barcode info would be imported into the request. Barcode is currently included in the container string that maps to the ItemVolume field.
· ItemVolume would only get the specific box information; for example, “Box 6," instead of the lengthy string of additional fields that is currenlty importing
· The collection number should import into the CallNumber field . Right now, the collection number is only included in the container string.
· The location information should map to the ItemSubLocation field instead of the Location field.

Aeon 5.2 includes a status-specific appointment feature, which allows staff to set different lead time and appointment requirements based on user status.

The University of Baltimore asked for a related feature They would like for the request button to not be available if the ArchivesSpace component has a digital object instance, especially for reproduction requests. They do not want patrons to unnecessarily request a reproduction, but would like to allow them to be able to schedule an appointment in the reading room if they need to see the physical material (so maybe this would have to happen on the Aeon side as opposed to the request button on the ASpace PUI.)

Georgia Archives would also be interested in this functionality. They need to set up staff reminders to contact patrons to renew publication permissions related to Aeon requests. Right now, they are using flags that they label by Month and Year. They check the flags each month to see which patrons they have to reach out to.

I am submitting a vote for the St. Louis Public Library - they feel that the clearance process could be a barrier to their patrons, so they would like to be able to shut this off so that new patrons are automatically set to cleared.

Another example from the University of Arkansas: they would like to hide photoduplication orders from Awaiting Request Processing, but when the filter is used, it also defaults to hide orders from the New LINX Request queue, which is their new requests queue for offsite storage retrieval. If they uncheck the filter in one queue, it also gets unchecked in the other queues, so it would be more efficient if a filter could be applied to a single queue.

UC Santa Barbara would like for the Resource Identifier of the ASpace resource record to write to the Aeon CallNumber field instead of the EADID that is currently writing to the CallNumber field.
