We have explored using Brittany de Gail's ILLiad Request Form Popup Client Addon to review the Special Instructions field, where we add info about returns requiring a box, additional insurance, tracking, etc. It works great; however, we haven't yet added it to each machine, so it's currently an inconsistent workflow. I would love if it could be a feature included in the Customization Manager.

I agree that the color-coding would be very helpful for different staff to highlight requests they're wanting to follow up on, without removing the requests from a necessary queue, such as Checked Out to Customer.

We now have safe links in our ILLiad notifications, which is not ideal.
