An error occurred while saving the comment Andrew Morgan commentedIdeally, we should be able to completely customize the background and font colors for the entire client.

An error occurred while saving the comment Andrew Morgan commentedThanks! You can e-mail me at morgana@ecu.edu, and I'd be glad to help out. Sending your current config file as an attachment would let me see what you're trying to do. I'm working on an update that'll make the settings a little easier to work with and include a readme file on how to set things up better.
An error occurred while saving the comment Andrew Morgan commentedI'll go ahead and start making something for this.
An error occurred while saving the comment Andrew Morgan commentedWhat would want could definitely be done with an addon--functions can be triggered whenever you mark something found, check something in, etc. However, it sounds like your criteria would be more complex than just popping up a message for a given flag. A custom addon could definitely be made to handle various workflows, but it would not be as customizeable by the end user without editing the addon code itself.
What could be easily done is an addon that pops up a user-specified custom message corresponding to user-specified custom flags at user-specified points in the workflow (checking in, marking found, etc.). It could also remove those flags at the same time if desired.
An error occurred while saving the comment Andrew Morgan commentedThis should be pretty easily doable with an addon. Do you mean something like a pop-up telling you "This item is flagged with [flag]" or something like that?

An error occurred while saving the comment Andrew Morgan commentedCool! I was just making sure--I didn't know if maybe Atlas had some sort of agreement with Twilio that it would be interfering with. What I have isn't just a server addon, but the additional setup in the patron webpages is minimal. I'll work on writing up some instructions and submit it soon.
An error occurred while saving the comment Andrew Morgan commentedSo...if somebody figures out a way to do this with a server addon, would it be appropriate to share?

An error occurred while saving the comment Andrew Morgan commentedI've made an addon that sets different due dates based on the format type in WorldCat. What I have is pretty specific to ERE, but I could make a generic version if other people are interested.

An error occurred while saving the comment Andrew Morgan commentedI just submitted an addon that pops up messages for flags (see https://uservoice.atlas-sys.com/forums/581665-illiad-ideas/suggestions/35896393-custom-pop-ups). I could add an option to have it do the same whenever flagged requests are routed as well, in an update.

An error occurred while saving the comment Andrew Morgan commentedI could make a simple addon that does this using the "Route" event hook, if you're interested.

An error occurred while saving the comment Andrew Morgan commentedAt ERE, we got around this by including both the shipping and return labels on the Lending pull slips, and return labels on the Borrowing slips. So in Lending we have everything we need on the pull slip before the number of pieces is even entered, and for Borrowing items we just cut the return label off the paperwork when it's ready to go back. It also has the added benefit of totally bypassing the step of separately printing return labels and matching them up, which saves time and prevents mistakes. We don't mind sharing our templates if you're interested.
I've actually made a sever addon that does this for Borrowing requests lingering in Request Sent for too long (determined by a setting). It also gives a rough ETA for loans once the lender has shipped depending on their expected shipping type, which can then be displayed on the patron webpages. I can look into making a generic version of this, since I don't think it relies on anything specific to us here at ERE.
