    We often run into this issue when a user has typed their name with diacritics (ex. Gómez) when they registered, but we can't search by just entering "Gomez". character in Aeon.
    We also have not been able to figure out how to enter a character with an accent into the Aeon interface as the way that works for other Microsoft apps does not work in Aeon.
