instructor ability to export more than one citation at a time from web They would like for the instructor to be able to export more than one item citation .ris file at a time - perhaps something like a checkbox could be available in the items grid on the course details page where the instructor could check the items to export, and then click on an export button.

Tracking entries reflect more accurately if the system or staff user initiated that status change In some cases moving an item to one status immediately moves it to the next applicable status. That tracking entry has the staff username versus a "system" username.

Allow ItemInfo fields to work on webpages with CustomDropDown Allow CustomDropDown and the optional ItemInfo fields, 1-5, to work on webpages so we can have custom requirements.

Allow web users to edit email subscription from view notifications page Not all sites allow users to change their user information.

Allow sites to remove edit option from left column for instructor web There is a left most column that says view, download, edit. That column is not customizable and some sites don't allow instructors to edit the items.

Add call number to fields on the web used for cloning A site would like to add the call number field to the items tables on the web that are used for cloning/importing items into courses. The staff feel that the call number is an essential piece of info for faculty. We are not able to add this column in, or modify the tables at all, without breaking the functionality of the checkboxes.

Staff would like to have scanned items automatically moved to the web Instead of having staff open the form in the staff client to process the items, they would like a utility to scan that folder and automatically move them.
This could be an issue if sites are scanning ILLiad and Ares items to the same folder.

Add functionality to handle section information from LTIs The LTI currently passes the Canvas course shell information to Ares. There are section names attached to the course shell, but none of that information is passed over to Ares. We need that information to determine how many sections are being served within that Canvas course to demonstrate our impact on campus and how we are contributing to course savings.

CopyTitleToClipboard It would be great to have the option to automatically copy the title to clipboard like we have with ILLiad!

Ares user creation date field and method of creation (course load, web service etc) There are currently fields in Ares that allows for information about when courses was created and how. There is no such field currently for user account creation but that would be nice to have in my opinion.

Allow adding/removing an instructor for a course using ICourseEdit.html Now that a course can have multiple instructors, it should be possible to make changes to instructors using the web interface.
