Add history and tracking entries for Appointments
Currently, no history or tracking entries are available for Appointment. This makes tracking down issues and troubleshooting difficult. Including a history tab for Appointments would be very useful to determine when appointments are created in the client vs the web, when appointment information is changed or updated, etc.

Thanks, Katie, for submitting this. This is an integral piece of the new Appointments functionality puzzle, and we need it asap!
