Automatic appointment confirmation & reminder emails
It would be really helpful to automatically generate appointment confirmation emails (when an appointment is made) & reminder emails (the day before an appointment)

Thank you, Tara, this is a great idea, and here at NYPL, we would also love this functionality (maybe it can be added in tandem with having Appointments history/tracking in general).

Definitely agreed! I think people get worried if they don't get some sort of confirmation message (even though they can go to "Appointments" in their account and see it listed there).
