Create separate key for min lead days for request, separate from min lead days for appointment
Allow staff to set a min lead days for when an appointment should be scheduled and a separate min lead days for when any associated requests should be scheduled.

We would love this. We have to place the requests for the researchers when it is within 7 days of their appt, so it would be very helpful for us if they could do it themselves.
