Hide past appointments in appointment dropdown on request form in the client
In the appointment dropdowns in the client, all appointments display with the oldest at the top. Past appointments (prior to the current date) should be hidden so staff only choose from future appointments.

Thanks, Katie. This would be a big help, since currently we have to wade through old appointments to get to the current/future ones.
