5. Move items being processed from the Awaiting Copyright Clearance queue to the Request in Process queue

   Allow the Awaiting Copyright Clearance queue to function like the other Request Processing Queues and move a request that is being processed to the Request in Process queue when it is being processed by another user. This would prevent conflicts when multiple people process the copyright queue.

11. Allow EmailTemplates to have a TransactionStatus they are moved to (like Aeon) and a subject field

    EmailTemplates with field for the subject and a field to show the new TransactionStatus. Currently, the subjects are customization keys and the text is an email template.
