Our emails are coming across as text blocks that don't highlight crucial next steps. So, often times, communication is moved to another platform which means that email history must be cross-referenced, and many times, patrons become easily overwhelmed and confused with the communication of processes. Thanks for considering this improvement further.

We need to highlight text in our communications to draw user's attentions to certain things. Minus the ability to bold, italicize, etc. there is no way to do this and vital information is lost.

Allow for hyperlinks in all emails as well as HTML editing.

Georgia State University would like this feature. They would like to be able to make certain text more noticeable to patrons, such as a cancellation notice or special instructions.
