An error occurred while saving the comment Michael Lange commentedThis would be extremely helpful right now while we have an unforeseen closure due to coronavirus. We are able to fulfill some duplication requests remotely (if a file already exists) so we do not want to shut down the form completely, but we would like an automated message to go out letting people know that we are closed and to expect a delay. We have messages up on the home page and on the forms, but for some reason no one reads those.

An error occurred while saving the comment Michael Lange commentedCurrently the invoices link only shows you orders that have yet to be approved and paid for. We would like a separate link that can show you all of your previously completed orders, much like the "Finished Requests" option.

An error occurred while saving the comment Michael Lange commentedAt our site (The Bancroft Library) we have multiple staff members that work on duplication and permission services. We currently have to write notes to each other in the staff notes field about how much we need to charge for the different services, and then the final staff member that touches the request has to put all of that information into the billing tab and generate the invoice.
If we could have the ability for each staff member to fill out their section of the billing table and save it, then the next staff member could fill out their portion, etc. until it is ready to be generated and sent along to the patron.

An error occurred while saving the comment Michael Lange commentedWe also have to generate PDF invoices form the staff client and then email them to patrons. Having the option to generate the same type of invoice for printing on their end would be a huge help.

this is a great idea, as having this option available to all may cause confusion among researchers
