Web user would like to print an invoice from the web
Used for reimbursement. Current option of just printing the table of requests does not look very official or sufficient.

Patrons are used to receiving invoices for other services purchased and we can expect that they will continue to want detailed invoices for our Aeon-enabled services. Many of our patrons have to provide invoices to their departments etc. Thanks for working on making this possible.

It will be really time-saving for patrons and Aeon staff if patrons can print the invoices themselves after logging into their web account.
The invoices generated in patrons' web account and from Aeon staff client should be the same.Best

I think it would be good to make visible to the user account the pdf of the invoice generated by aeon staff client

We also have to generate PDF invoices form the staff client and then email them to patrons. Having the option to generate the same type of invoice for printing on their end would be a huge help.

This is similar to the idea of letting patrons generate and print invoices on their own, and I like the other better.

In May alone I have personally sent out 17 invoices in PDF format. That's one per day. And I'm not the only one creating and sending invoices. Giving patrons the ability to get these on their own, on demand, would be huge.
