Ability to reorder web Alerts so they appear in a different order on the web page Ability to choose the order in which the alerts appear on the web pages. This includes the #SYSTEMALERTS, #USERALERTS,#STATUSALERTS alerts.

Add an automated password reset for staff ILLiad client passwords Allow staff to reset their own passwords when they forget them for the ILLiad client (similar to user password reset functions via web). "Forgot Password"? for the client interface rather than another staff person having to go into Staff Manager to reset it manually.

Billing Manager: send .pdf invoices via email Billing manager is great for print invoices, but we would like a more integrated way to send email invoices through Billing Manager. Currently, we generate the invoices and then have to break them into individual .pdfs before sending via email or regular mail. It would be great if there was a one click solution to just send the invoice via email to each library.

Collapse the Electronically Received, Checked Out Items, and Outstanding Requests menus and all their items on the main patron web page Ability to collapse the listings under a link for each of under the categories of Electronically Received, Checked Out Items, and Outstanding Requests on the main page rather than listing all possible requests under each category. This would match the style for "Cancelled" and "Completed Requests" and also take up less room on the main page if the patron has a lot of requests in one or both categories. Otherwise, the patron needs to scroll through all three (3) category listings to get to the bottom of the listing.

Ability to print selected pull slips Would love to print from different physical locations but need to be able to select which pull slips (or receives, or whatever!) should be pulled for printing, so that you do not disrupt work at another location.

Recalled-overdue OCLC status should move to Awaiting Recall Processing When a borrowing TN has the OCLC status "Received-Overdue" and is subsequently recalled by the lender, the TN doesn't move. It should change to the Awaiting Recalled Processing queue so that staff knows it was recalled.

color code due dates on patron webpages On the patron webpages, color code the due dates on the checked out items display. Green dates - due in the future, Yellow dates - due in the next week, Red dates - overdue.

Add an export option (Excel or other format in which data can be easily manipulated preferable) to the forms History > All Requests and Hist Many of our patrons need to download their request history to help with their bibliography, at least every six months (due to our data delinking schedule).
In the old pages, this was possible with a simple copy and paste into a spreadsheet program.
In the new 9.1 web pages, there is no easy way to export or print the full list of requests. (Copying and pasting will jumble the format; also, for article requests, key parts of the citation will be missing).

Batch Add notes to requests It would be helpful to be able to select multiple requests then click a button on the ribbon saying "Add Note," which would then open a field to add a note to all highlighted requests. Having to open each request to add the same note repeatedly is unwieldy.

Add Note While Returning Books When I check items in to return them to their owning institutions, I often need to make a note in the request. Currently I can only do that by opening the request first. It would be nice if I could double-click in the notes field and add the note from the "Borrowing Check Item In" screen.

Adding a notification about no ILL number matches Adding a notification to when a No ILL Number Match comes in to ILLIAD to be received. Currently there is no notification about unmatched items. So I have to set reminders a couple of times a day to go in and check the electronic delivery screen to make sure I am not missing anything.

Check Routing rules after a TN is moved to a new status/queue via IDS Logic ILLiad does not apply routing rules to a TN if it was moved to its current status via an addon, like the IDS Logic addon for example.

Use regexp to parse values for OpenURLMapping This would allow staff users to specify certain pieces of a parsed values in OpenURL to be imported into the ILLiad record with a clean data format.

Allow for different error messages based on response from LDAP server This would allow site administrators to configure different status line responses for login attempts based on the LDAP error response so that patrons can know if they had invalid credentials or exceeded login attempts.
