Interact with purchasing model to cover electronic course packs
As a staff user I want Ares to allows users to pay for access to electronic reserve items to offset the copyright costs.

instructor ability to export more than one citation at a time from web
They would like for the instructor to be able to export more than one item citation .ris file at a time - perhaps something like a checkbox could be available in the items grid on the course details page where the instructor could check the items to export, and then click on an export button.

You can multi-select items and open them all. Would like the same functionality with courses.

Allow staff to decide if copyright information clones with request
If there is some sort of perpetual copyright license (the World Health Organization says their stuff can be used forever), it is helpful to keep that data when cloning a request.

Tracking entries reflect more accurately if the system or staff user initiated that status change
In some cases moving an item to one status immediately moves it to the next applicable status. That tracking entry has the staff username versus a "system" username.

Add a status line to the Ares main menu to be able to display error messages
If a user is returned to the main menu because of an error, there is no way to explain why.

Allow web users to edit email subscription from view notifications page
Not all sites allow users to change their user information.

Allow sites to remove edit option from left column for instructor web
There is a left most column that says view, download, edit. That column is not customizable and some sites don't allow instructors to edit the items.

This can be helpful for sites with more than one authentication method.

Most sites would like reports by semester or year and not necessarily by month.

Enhance course cross-listing to include more course info and ExternalCourseIDs
Currently, course cross listing only shows a name and is accessible by students searching for that cross listed course number/name and finding it under the other name. It's not clear to the student that both courses are the same.

Make Static Alerts on the GLogon pages editable from within the client.
GLogon.html and GLogon2.html have spaces available for including static alerts that can be seen without logging in. Instead of editing the html of those pages to change those static alerts, it would be nice if it were editable in the client interface.

Remove tabindex=0 on elements that do not need focus
the tabindex=0 should be removed from any elements that do not explicitly need to be focusable via tab. Screen readers users will be able to reach the text regardless whether it is in the tab order or not. It'll likely just confuse keyboard users.
