Create simple hierarchy in Rightsholder tables Allow for parent-child relationships in Rightsholder to better manage the relationships that we realistically have with publishers (i.e. better tracking and management of publisher mergers and acquisitions). It would also help reporting on publishers because there would be an established relationship I could query against.

Show item usage count from custom search Make it a part of the custom search but not in every grid result in the client.
Sites seem to want this for reporting purposes versus processing.

Allow sorting of tags in something other than alphabetical Several sites have requested this option but their examples are always Week 10 coming before Week 2 in the list. Are there other examples for needing to customize the order or is it only for the weeks?

Show usage count in grid of items on clone course form When viewing items in a course to decide which ones to clone to a new course, seeing the item usage is helpful.

Way for users to request a rescan within the system There is no way for a user to request a rescan within Ares and allow for staff to correct it within the system.

Allow instructors to search items across courses in web Students can search for items across all active courses. Instructors would like to search in this same way. Ideally it would show results for active courses and all courses (possibly below).

Allow instructors to submit multiple requests at once How would sites like this to work? Would the instructor need to create an Excel file? Or would they paste a series of citations and staff would have to interpret them?

ADA compliant staff client Staff would like to be able to change the size/font without the screens being squished. Currently, increasing the font size or resolution on Windows makes certain buttons and menu options not visible.

Would like to organize items in folders versus tags on the web Sites who used to use Docutek miss the option of organizing items in folders. Tags don't seem to be as desirable.
