Hard to tell when Editing vs Copying a row in Customization Manager tables When working in the OpenURLMapping table, we noticed it really is impossible to tell if you're in the "Copy" or "Edit" mode because the ID value doesn't show up in either of them. We'd expect it to show while in Edit mode, but be blank in Copy mode.
In general, when working with a table in the customization manager, it gets very confusing when you think you hit Copy but then worry you may have hit Edit instead since the opened row says "Edit Row" either way. If there was some way to indicate better whether you were in Copy…

Add optional Reply-To header in email templates In cases where SMTP authentication requires a single sending "From" address, it would be nice to allow a variable Reply-To address in email notification templates so that replies to particular notifications could arrive in distinct mailboxes.

Copy Layout & Grid Settings - Separate Borrowing, Doc Del, and Lending In the Staff Manager, please adjust the granularity of the Copy Layout & Grid Settings by Borrowing, Doc Del, and Lending. If I make major changes to the Borrowing layout, I'd like to be able to copy those changes to the relevant student employees & staff, but not overwrite their layouts in DocDel and Lending. It would be very helpful if we could indicate which layouts to change and which to retain in these different areas of ILLiad.

Warning re: Multiple Pieces in Web Circ Add a prompt or warning when an item which has multiple pieces is updated to Mark Returned in Web Circ so that staff are alerted to the fact that more than one items should be returned with that request.

Allow deletion of unmatched electronic delivery Sometimes items with a status of Delivered to Web will reroute back into electronic delivery. The item is then stuck in the "No ILL Lender Match" box and can't be be deleted or permanently rerouted back to Delivered to Web. Each time this happens OCLC support has to manually delete the transaction. ILL staff should have the ability to delete. Or, the bug that reroutes transactions back into electronic delivery needs to be patched.

Improve design of Customization Manager for Shared Server Sites Because a user selects a site in the Home ribbon, it is not clear that tabs and configurations made for Z39.50, Notification Templates Server Addons and DSP apply to all sites.
This used to be more clear when these options were available at the Ribbon level.
It would also be helpful to remove the ILL selection option from the Home ribbon for Shared Server installations to avoid confusion when editing key and table entries.

ILLiad Aeon integration: send scan files back to ILLiad for request fulfillment We use ILLiad to Aeon integration to facilitate Special Collections scanning for ILL lending. When we send a scan request via ILLiad to Aeon, we would like the ability for Aeon to pass the .pdf back to ILLiad for request fulfillment. Currently, Aeon staff have to email the .pdf to ILL staff in order for the file to get uploaded to ILLiad for ILL delivery. This would be similar to the Ares/ILLiad integration: we pass scans to ILLiad from Ares for scanning fulfillment through OpenURL.

API method to get requests based on other parameters besides User Extend the Web API to include methods that will return data of requests made on parameter like RequestType and RequestDate. This would enable the interfacing of ILLiad data with other database systems.

Upgrade Forgot Password to Forgot Login some users do not recall their username, so we are wondering if the Forgot Password feature would ever upgrade and offer other options such as allowing input of email address or alternative options between forgot password vs. forgot username and etc.

Enable an end of semester due date change function It would be great if I could, through the Customization Manager or the client, set a Due Date Override so that I could make everything due before the end of the semester for specific patron groups (Undergraduates go far away over winter break and don't give their stuff back, but Staff are here year round)

Clear browser cache Grant us the ability to clear previously entered browser data and the web cache within the "Docline request web browser window" in the illiad client, perhaps at the very least add a back button?
This lack of functionality can be particularly problematic with Docline's new multipath sign-on feature. A user in the illiad client could enter a "valid" login, like say their facebook, google, or institution's SSO credentials, which would pass thru the gateway, but still wouldn't be authorized with Docline. Locking them out docline but having no easy way to change their credentials to the "correct" login.

Stop the Electronic Delivery Utility from trying to deliver hidden files/files that haven't fully saved yet We recently set up an external software to add OCR to our files; the workflow is to save the files to an input folder, and for the software to process the files and move them to the OdysseyTemp File folder for Electronic Delivery Utility to update ILLiad and deliver. This should work really well -- except Electronic Delivery Utility frequently tries to deliver the files before they have fully saved. It fails, and then will not try to process the files again unless you close and re-open the program.

ILLiad Lending scanning display email of borrower In the lending scanning window, display the email address of the borrower. When sending via Article Exchange it isn't always known if the email address is filled out in the address book. If the email address is not in the address book, the article does not get delivered.

Add Expired User Indication on User Record When using User Expiration in 9.1, the only indication of a user's expired status on the User Record is the Expiration Date. All other indicators are the same as a New User :
