instructor ability to export more than one citation at a time from web They would like for the instructor to be able to export more than one item citation .ris file at a time - perhaps something like a checkbox could be available in the items grid on the course details page where the instructor could check the items to export, and then click on an export button.

Track courses cloned for specified time period Would like the ability to track (statistically) the number of Courses cloned for a specified time period.

When importing items from another course, retain the custom sort order If you clone a course, it retains the sort order. But when a new course is created and then you try to import items from a previous course via the web, it loses the custom order.

Option to multi-select courses and open them from search results You can multi-select items and open them all. Would like the same functionality with courses.

Allow staff to decide if copyright information clones with request If there is some sort of perpetual copyright license (the World Health Organization says their stuff can be used forever), it is helpful to keep that data when cloning a request.

Allow instructors to search items across courses in web Students can search for items across all active courses. Instructors would like to search in this same way. Ideally it would show results for active courses and all courses (possibly below).

View copyright fees paid per course Would like to do a custom search for a course or list of courses and have the "Current Course Copyright" value show in the grid.

Tracking entries reflect more accurately if the system or staff user initiated that status change In some cases moving an item to one status immediately moves it to the next applicable status. That tracking entry has the staff username versus a "system" username.

Way for users to request a rescan within the system There is no way for a user to request a rescan within Ares and allow for staff to correct it within the system.

Ability to submit copyright orders in bulk for multiple sections If each section has the same article, it would be good to submit it as a bulk request for all the sections at once versus each one individually.

Ability to import citations from RefWorks, EndNote, Zotero, etc. Allow instructors to import a citation to the Ares request form from their other citation management systems.
