Form-specific Status text Not all requests are the same, so not all web forms are the same semantically, so the status text on a form may benefit from being customized to the form semantics or origin. Right now, SLShowRequest and SLEditRequest in Customization Manager handle status lines for all requests. If we want to have different text for, say, the Photoduplication form from the Monograph form, we have to have empty values for SLShowRequest and SLEditRequest, and to add text to each form's HTML file. ArchivesSpace - Aeon Client Addon - allow for custom default repository selection The University of Pittsburgh has a number of repositories. The repositories are sorted in identifier/creation order, and the first repository is considered the default repository when a staff person logs into ASpace in any browser. In Pittsburgh's case, the default repository has to constantly be changed to another repository that is more frequently used. There is an open ticket for ArchivesSpace about this: https://archivesspace.atlassian.net/browse/ANW-630?jql=text%20~%20%22default%20repository%22. Would it be possible to direct the addon to select a repository by default, saving staff from having to perform the manual steps?

Add Appointment Creation ability to API/Endpoints Need the ability to create appointments in the API so that we can leverage that when using external requesting.

Aeon scheduling: block off Saturday/Sunday/weekend We would like appt scheduling options to automatically block out the weekend so that it doesn't count in 1) the "lead time" or 2) for available appt requests.

Categories in the Process Ribbon menu Is it possible to add the ability to categorize items in the Process Ribbon menu on the top of the dashboard screen in the client? Much like one can define categories of queues/statuses in the Routing menu, can we also create sub-menus in the Process Ribbon? We have quite a number of statuses we have added to the Process Ribbon menu, and it would be helpful to categorize them for our different locations.

More flexibility for multi-site instances that use appointments and need to transfer requests to another site The University of Pittsburgh needs to be able to temporarily transfer requests to another site in order to have that site pull material. That site will pull the material, and then route the request back to the original site. However, since both sites have their own reading rooms, the scheduled appointment in one reading room prevents the transfer of the request to another sites. Both of these sites can view each other's requests.

Allow a patron to copy the primary mailing address information to the secondary address fields The University of Pittsburgh uses both the main address and secondary address blocks on the registration pages for their patrons. For non-affiliates, they want to capture permanent and local/work addresses; for affiliates, they want to capture permanent and local/campus addresses. They would like for some kind of button that allows the patron to automatically populate the secondary address fields if the address was the same for both address blocks - similar to shipping and billing addresses on e-commerce sites.

Allow one request to have associated Activities, Appointments, etc If a Transaction could be turned into a Parent transaction or some such thing, it would be helpful for associating one request with multiple activities, appointments, etc

Support for custom activity emails Need the ability to send custom emails specific to an Aeon site rather than just the general UserAddedToActivity when notifying a user that they've been added to an activity.

Make the "Create Requests" button accessible from the Requests/Process tab. Currently, when you click on a user's Request tab, that option is not available and you have to click out to the Home tab.

Cloned Requests Inheriting the status of original request? Is it possible for cloned requests to inherit the status of the original requests instead of the requests starting over in Awaiting Request Processing? We would like to be able to clone requests and have them retain the same status as the original requests from which they are cloned.

Symbolic Links support for centralized forms sharing We would like to place our forms on a shared network drive for quick access for printing, and so we do not need to distribute forms to individual machines each time we make a small change to a form.
Since we have many divisions using Aeon, we have many versions of PrintCallslip.doc, for example (and other forms). Since each has the same file name, we need to create sub-directories for each division's forms. So we need symbolic links to be supported to enable this access.

Allow users to sort requests by scheduled date & submission status All saved and scheduled requests are currently listed in Outstanding Requests, and there isn't a way for users to easily sort out just the requests for their upcoming appointment. There also isn't a good way for them to view when they have an appointment coming up, short of going into each request (and they may have requests scheduled for different days). It would be good if the patron could see the dates they have requests scheduled and the requests scheduled on those dates, as well as be able to sort Submitted vs Saved requests.

Allow Aeon to send requests to ILLiad for reproduction fulfillment The University of Baltimore would like the reverse functionality of the current integration between Aeon and ILLiad. They would like to send Aeon reproduction requests to ILLiad. This is because Access Services staff use ILLiad to manage certain reproduction requests from Special Collections. They think it would be easier for Access Services staff to work in ILLiad on these requests instead of having AS staff work in Aeon. When the requests are fulfilled, ILLiad would update Aeon and make the reproductions available to the patron.

Ability to remove/customize tabs on User form in Customize Layout Would be nice to be able to customize the layout by removing tabs on User form such as billing.

Create separate NewUserRegistration email templates for RemoteAuth and AeonAuth Information provided to different types of users may need to be different when confirming registration. Different email templates would allow sites to provide the necessary details to affiliate vs non-affiliate users. Should include a key to determine whether the same or different emails should be sent to patrons.

Aeon - ArchivesSpace client addon - request for more field mapping options The University of Arkansas has requested the following mapping options for the ArchivesSpace client addon for Aeon: (1) Map "conditions governing use" note to the Aeon EADNumber field; (2) map location of top container information to the Aeon ItemSubLocation field; (3) for agents that are creators, pull the name from the Sort Name field instead of the Primary Name field (which often contains only the surname); (4) Ability to import the child and grandchild container type and indicator fields (this is not included with the ArchivalObjectInstance field in the addon); (5) Map component identifier to Aeon ItemCallNumber field; and (6)…
