In ILLiad 9.1, allow locally controlled automatic logins to the OCLC Service Config from the ILLiad interface. It seems that in ILLiad 9.1, the OCLC Resource Sharing Settings Module (containing access to Custom Holdings Paths and Groups, Direct Request, etc.) will be replaced by a link out to the OCLC Service Configuration to access that content.
That link out will prompt users to log in with their OCLC Service Configuration. Could we allow automatic logins, that are set locally (to some users but not others)?
The automatic logins would save time for those of us who update Custom Holdings fairly frequently.

Improve Database Manager functionality Western Washington has discovered an issue where deleting more than one month's worth of Connector Sessions in the DB Manager results in the program appearing "frozen" after the Delete button is clicked. When the staff go to check on it, they get a Windows "Not Responding" message. It would be helpful to see something indicating that it's working, instead of appearing frozen, especially as the deletion process can take quite a bit of time to complete. Alternatively, adjusting the program so it doesn't produce the Not Responding message would also be acceptable. (transcribed by KAK - ZD ticket in admin…

Search for Update Stacks Searching and Check-In from Lending Library Change the search option in the ribbons for Update Stacks Search and Check In from Lending Library to be on search field that searches both TN and ILL Number, similar to search option on the Check In from patron form.

Include Display Status in any call to the API that returns a Transaction Status Currently, Display Statuses are not returned with Transaction Status information when using the API.
Our library is using the API to integrate ILLiad into the patron account interface; it would be very helpful to be able to use the Display Status table to mask the queue names.

Docline/ILLiad It would be so nice if ILLiad/Docline would integrate better. Processing Docline requests in ILLiad is too much back and forth. it would nice to see a pop-up notification when requests are unfilled in Docline or if it worked like special messages in OCLC.

Expand the borrowing statuses in which patron cannot cancel. Not sure if this goes in the web interface. We have some custom queues we use for items that we've already ordered and do not want to have the ability for a patron to cancel. Right now can only specify cannot cancel if item is in the "Request Sent" status.

Title in Borrowing Check In from Lending Library From the Check In from Lending Library screen you can update most of the information before checking in. For some reason you can't currently change the title without opening the request. This causes any changes that have been made to the request (due date, restrictions, special notes) to be lost. I need to change the title regularly to remove notes to the lending library that we often put in the title field. Being able to delete these notes from the Check In from Lending Library screen would be very helpful!

Groups functionality--tie group with Lender address records It would be helpful if assigning a library to particular group would also update values in the lender address record such as the Default Shipping Method or Billing Categories or Priority Shipping.

ILLiad / Aeon integration - reduce clicks by streamlining processes It would be ideal if when Aeon staff cancel an Aeon request received from ILL / ILLiad the request would also auto-cancel in ILLIad as well, so the ILL staff would not have to cancel once more.

Increase font size. Increasing font size fosters a more inclusive and equitable environment. In previous posts regarding font size, Atlas noted that the increase in font size was addressed. However, Atlas' solution to use Windows settings creates other issues. Using Windows to increase font size makes other programs that already have accessible font size lose some functionality. Also, using Windows to "fix" ILLiad's font size inaccessibility, loses page functionality in the client (e.g. the notes field in an open request are no longer visible on the page.)

Allow request sent to repopulate current GUI When working on Awaiting Request Processing the "Request Sent" button closes the current request and requires manual opening of the next requests.
It would be nice for the option to have "Request Sent" just repopulate the current UI elements similar to the already implemented arrows at the top left.
Perhaps with a small visual cue to allow for you to recognize its changed easily.

ILLiad / Aeon integration - support for mapping ILLiad fields to Aeon custom fields It would be great to be able to map ILLiad fields to Aeon custom fields for the ILLiad/Aeon integration.

Web Circulation for Lending ILLiad Web Circulation is currently limited to updating Borrowing request. Please add Lending functionality so that staff who don't have the ILLiad client can update Lending requests, e.g., as "Mark found" or "cancel".
