Would like a way to automate the resend request process
Currently, staff have to send an email to the lending library to request a resend. ILLiad doesn't necessarily know that the item has been resent and the original document conflicts with the new version. Also, the message itself for a resend is not in ILLiad or Odyssey or any other system.

Add an export option (Excel or other format in which data can be easily manipulated preferable) to the forms History > All Requests and Hist
Many of our patrons need to download their request history to help with their bibliography, at least every six months (due to our data delinking schedule).
In the old pages, this was possible with a simple copy and paste into a spreadsheet program.
In the new 9.1 web pages, there is no easy way to export or print the full list of requests. (Copying and pasting will jumble the format; also, for article requests, key parts of the citation will be missing).

NCIP integration for lending and borrowing
Integrate the ability to send NCIP messages for both borrowing and lending including support for renewals and recalls into the standard workflow rather than requiring an addon to do so. Settings could be part of the customization manager.

Increase the DOI field character limit to 100 characters
The current 50 character limit for DOIs is not long enough and many get cut off. Please double the character limit to 100. Example: https://doi.org/10.1093/acrefore/9780190236557.013.20

Staff don't get notified about blocked users when checking in items
It also doesn't tell staff that a user was automatically unblocked after returning overdue items.

Ability to make OCLC borrowing requests from a custom queue
The functions to create an OCLC borrowing request are not available until the request is opened from the Awaiting Request Processing queue. It would be helpful to be able to create OCLC requests from a custom queue eliminating extra steps for processing items that might routed to a custom queue for review.

"Import" answered email from Outlook into email history of a request
Currently we only see one side of a conversation in the email history of a request. It would be helpful to be able to import a response into ILLiad so we have a complete history in one place (as opposed to cutting-pasting into notes as we do now.)

Allow customization of which OCLC subfields populate requests
OCLC has recently rolled out URIs in their various author/creator fields (100/700/etc.), which is causing many author names to be pulled into ILLiad with long website addresses that clutter our paperwork. It would be helpful if we could choose which subfields from OCLC records we wanted to import, so that we could suppress subfield 1 in the author field. Ideally, this would work both for the "Copy Info" button and for the mechanism that populates the OCLC request form, so that we could automatically avoid sending the URIs out to our lending partners as well.

Highlight active requests that you've worked on but need to follow up on
An option to highlight requests in a queue so if you've opened it, you know you've already worked on it or need to follow up on it later. Ability to assign different colors based on your labeling preferences.

Support for Controlled Digital Lending Software and Workflows

If a string has a blank value for a field, skip using that field in favor of a later one that does contain a value.

Custom Pop-ups
Allow the creation of pop-up messages based on custom parameters. For example, I would like to create a pop-up that appears for flagged items when processing lending returns.

Support for multiple renewal requests by web user
The end user needs to be able to request a renewal more than once. Also, once that renewal has been approved the next time, it should go back to Awaiting Renewal OK Processing, regardless that it has already been at that status once before.
