Add an automated password reset for staff ILLiad client passwords
Allow staff to reset their own passwords when they forget them for the ILLiad client (similar to user password reset functions via web). "Forgot Password"? for the client interface rather than another staff person having to go into Staff Manager to reset it manually.

Option to "Undo Conditional"
We would love to have an option to "Undo Conditional" for those times when we realize too late that a conditional was unnecessary. This would be helpful if, for example, we send a "Non-circulating" conditional before realizing the request is for an article, or conditionalize for "Not as cited," then we find the citation. There are any number of situations where we may miss information in a request and send a conditional, then realize it was unnecessary. Even if this is only possible until the Connection Manager runs, it would be a very useful feature. Thanks!

Allow autofill for New User Registration Form for users who have previously abandoned the form.
Provide a way for the UserValidation to import into the Registration Process even though the Patron account was created and it is showing the Cleared as New.

Check Routing rules after a TN is moved to a new status/queue via IDS Logic
ILLiad does not apply routing rules to a TN if it was moved to its current status via an addon, like the IDS Logic addon for example.

Have ISBN Search populate the fields on the webrequest form
The old GIST webpages for ILLiad had a function that allowed a patron to enter an ISBN into a search box on the webrequest form, search for the item, and have it populate the title, author, etc.

color code due dates on patron webpages
On the patron webpages, color code the due dates on the checked out items display. Green dates - due in the future, Yellow dates - due in the next week, Red dates - overdue.

Save Customized Grids
It would be incredibly helpful to be able to save grid layouts as .xml files in ILLiad to apply to other users or to other queues for the same user. It appears this is already supported in Aeon: https://support.atlas-sys.com/hc/en-us/articles/360011821354-Saving-and-Loading-Grid-Layouts

Permissions for Electronic Delivery Utility
University of Pittsburgh would like more control over access to the Electronic Delivery Utility, particularly in reference to billing features. Please consider tiered permissions that limit individual staff use and limit the ability to skip or adjust automatic billing totals.

Allow staff to customize which transaction statuses are displayed under each heading in the patron interface
I would like more customizable display options for transaction statuses in the patron interface. For example, once a patron clicks the "Renew" button, the request disappears from their checked out items list until the renewal is processed and routed back to checked out to customer. I would like items in the Renewed by patron status to also appear under the checked out heading.
We use a lot of custom queues and would like to be able to manage where requests display in the patron interface.

Import ILL into Alma without Checking In
Sometimes when I check in an item from a lending library, I receive an NCIP error that causes a loan to not be automatically imported into Alma. After I fix whatever caused the error, I currently have to check the item in again. This messes up the tracking and can cause an OCLC error. It would be nice if there was an option to only import the request without updating the status in ILLiad and OCLC.

Change to the redirect of a user when they Register in the pages of another nvtgc
If a user registers to ILLiad (specifically via the NewAuthRegistration.html) in the wrong nvtgc site's pages, during the dll redirect to the right nvtgc pages the UserNotifications entries are not added for the user. The dll log does show that entries are being added but it appears this is written to the log even when the entries have been skipped over.

Deflection Type: Enable Real Time Deflection - except when I am last in the lender stringOCLC should bump past them in the string, but AUTOMATICALLY add them back to the end of the string of potential lenders.

PLEASE change Docline Lua scripts to stop on the Docline screen that show the request is a duplicate.
Change (or change back) ILLiad Lua scripts to automatically stop on the screen that has the duplicate request alert. It flashes past so quickly now, it's easy to miss and then we have to pay for article twice. The way the scripts run now, you've lost us a great Docline feature.

Please develop an ILLiad app for iOS on iPad. It would greatly ease some of the difficulties our workers have doing their job remotely.

Allow deletion of unmatched electronic delivery
Sometimes items with a status of Delivered to Web will reroute back into electronic delivery. The item is then stuck in the "No ILL Lender Match" box and can't be be deleted or permanently rerouted back to Delivered to Web. Each time this happens OCLC support has to manually delete the transaction. ILL staff should have the ability to delete. Or, the bug that reroutes transactions back into electronic delivery needs to be patched.

Stop the Electronic Delivery Utility from trying to deliver hidden files/files that haven't fully saved yet
We recently set up an external software to add OCR to our files; the workflow is to save the files to an input folder, and for the software to process the files and move them to the OdysseyTemp File folder for Electronic Delivery Utility to update ILLiad and deliver. This should work really well -- except Electronic Delivery Utility frequently tries to deliver the files before they have fully saved. It fails, and then will not try to process the files again unless you close and re-open the program.

It would be good to have BI reporting for ILLiad like Aeon and Ares.

New web pages - add link to associated notifications when viewing request detail.
I love the new webpages though we haven't made them public yet. One thing I'd like to see is the ability for the patron to see notifications that were sent that were associated with that request when viewing the request details. An example would be an email with the link we sent to an open-access resource via email.

Searching from the Check In From Lending Library Screen
If you accidentally click Search without any information in the search fields, a long list of requests come up and the first one in the list automatically displays. This has caused trouble with new employees who have not noticed and mistakenly checked in items that we have not received. Please change this so that no results appear if you do not enter search information or at least a window opens asking if you want to proceed.

"Revert to previous version" button
I would love to be able to revert to a previous version of a request after saving (similar to how Google Suite does so). There have been a few times we have saved over the request information in ILLiad and had to log in to WorldShare in order to see what was originally requested.
