Remove editing options for admin Lending and Unmatched user accounts.
Johns Hopkins had a mishap where the Lending user for one of the shared server sites had its NVTGC changed in the Location dropdown in the Staff Client. This moved all of the site's Lending requests into the other site's view. Perhaps we could consider removing the ability to edit the "Lending User" accounts and the Unmatched accounts.

Bring back the autofill when typing in notes
ILLiad used to autofill notes that had already been used in the current session. You could just type the first few letters and the note would come up.

Allow the document type to be set on default ILLiad web forms
Use case: A library would like to offer the option for patrons to request a loan in ebook format and process through the Occam's Reader addon. We have set this up as an option with an Item Info field currently, but it would be helpful to be able to use Document Type where this info seems to live more naturally. The other workaround considered was changing the default loan form for GenericRequestLoan but this seemed like a lot of extra work (include_menus, OpenURL Mapping, Validation, etc.) just to add a new value. So if we ever get to make changes…

Allow for wildcard IP address entries in the OdysseyAccess table in Customization Manager
We have client workstations that are trusted but may change IP address within the organization's assignment pool. While implementing the manual "Allowed" list in the Odyssey Access Control process ( https://support.atlas-sys.com/hc/en-us/articles/360011908313-Odyssey-Access-Control ) it would be helpful for us to allow an entire subnet instead of allowing specific IP addresses. For example, if our known workstations receive a hypothetical address of 10.20.30.x, we would like to be able to enter a single entry that allows all of 10.20.30.*

IPv6 Support
As the EPA eyes moving to IPv6, we have concerns about our ability to connect to the OCLC-hosted server, as well as concerns about compatibility with Odyssey, Rapid, etc.

Update Lender Billing Fields and Description on Transaction Form
Adjust the availability of lender address fields in the transaction form.
Remove Billing Notes from the Transaction view in the Client. Dev believes this is an artifact from before lending billing was split into 2 parts and we have been unable to populate it with data.
Add LibBillingMethod as an option for addition to the layout. It's available in the LenderAddress record view, but not the transaction form view.
Rename the "Billing Groups" label in the Transaction form's Library tab. These are just groups and should not be described as specifically related to billing.

Add User Expiration Date as an option for Customized Layout in 1-borrowing form, and 2-Check In From Lending Library batch screen.
We'd like to be able to see the User Expiration Date in the client on the borrowing request form and the borrowing batch process "Check In From Lending Library." This would help us when assigning due dates and renewals (in case we need to truncate what the lending library offered), and may also determine where we send initial requests as well. At the moment, User Expiration Date is not in the list of fields to choose from when customizing layouts.

Integrate API keys for Docline
NLM rate limits Docline searches to 3 per second without an API key. It is rare, but under the right circumstances, the client can exceed this, in which case using the API would be beneficial.

Replace Lending Web Shipped Items Due Date field in new pages
The Lending Web pages don't contain due date information in the tables, despite the documentation saying it should be a default table field and it historically being displayed in the pages.

Make label position selectable for print processes
We would like label templates to not generate placeholder text when there is no data and we would like to indicate on which label printing should begin.

Google Scholar chromium version no longer authenticates using EZ Proxy URL
Former Scholar addon had a field where I put our custom Google Scholar URL that authenticates with EZ Proxy and shows which articles we have licensed access to. New version only searches "generic" Scholar which does not link to what we have access to (just paywalled stuff). When can you bring back this functionality? It's the only reason I used the addon.

Ability to COPY and PASTE in User notes field
This will allow us to copy and paste notes when we are merging accounts or when we need to copy and paste notes to multiple accounts (within families, etc.)

Set maximum date range for Resumbit Request link in ILLiad web
To allow proper tracking of current requests, this option should have some sort of maximum time restriction, where it couldn't be used after a specific amount of days.

Make the custom search condition add or subtract buttons visible all the time, not just when hovered over
Please make the custom search condition add or subtract buttons visible all the time again, instead of only when you hover over them!
I use custom search a lot both when searching OCLC for harder to find items, and when pulling statistics or answering questions from admin, and this change with 9.2 to no longer make these buttons visible makes things surprisingly difficult.

Incoming Lending RapidR to reflect default Renewal setting in Customization Manager
Incoming Lending RapidR requests in ILLiad are set to be "No Renewal" by default. We wanted to change it since we now allow renewals, yet our Loan labels print as "No Renewal." A borrowing library pointed out that it is confusing when they process Receives.
I was told by OCLC and Rapid (Exlibris) that RapidR requests do not reflect the "LendingRestrictDefault" keys for Renewals, Photocopying, and Library Use Only in Customization Manager.
I wish Lending RapidR requests could reflect these default values the same as OCLC Loan requests in ILLiad.

Allow copyright payment via CCC for document delivery requests, not just borrowing requests.
Currently document delivery requests aren't hooked up to CCC, so we cannot submit CCC payments for doc del requests via ILLiad, and instead have to manually log into the CCC via a browser and manually input the requests for which we are paying copyright fees. It would be helpful if doc del requests could follow the same workflow as borrowing requests for the CCC integration.

Improve functionality of the patron's search results webpage
We would like to see improvements to the ILLiad search results webpage. These improvements would benefit all users, but particularly those users with a large number of requests or lengthy user history. Some suggestions provide by users:
A method to reorder results in ascending and descending order.
A method to limit/filter results by various values, such as Document Type.
A method to limit/filter results by date received and/or date finished.
A method to sort requests alphabetically, such as by title or author.Thanks!
