ILLiad Lending scanning display email of borrower In the lending scanning window, display the email address of the borrower. When sending via Article Exchange it isn't always known if the email address is filled out in the address book. If the email address is not in the address book, the article does not get delivered.

Bulk Renew in Borrowing With libraries closed indefinitley all over the world, we have to push due dates out, possibly multiple times. This is easy enough to do in an ILS, but ILLiad does not allow me, as the Borrowing Coordinator, to push out a renewal request for one new due date for all items currently due before that date. That would save me hours, possibly days of work!

Ability to push through renewals on the lender side, singularly and in bulk. Ability to push through renewals on the lender side, singularly and in bulk. Borrowers should be notified of the new due date.

Make Lending article requests trigger the LendingRequestCheckOut system event hook. Given that the corresponding event hook for Doc Del is triggered for article requests, this may be a longstanding bug. As of 9.1.1 the LendingRequestCheckOut event hook isn't triggered for article requests when they are marked found. I've been working around it by using the Route event hook.

Allow the CreationDate field to be added to loan and article pull slip templates It isn't currently possible to add the CreationDate field to the loan and article pull slip templates because that field is not included in the xlsx datasource columns. Can this be fixed? Having the CreationDate field on pullslips would make it easier to know which printed requests are close to expiring and need immediate attention.

ILLiad Aeon integration: send scan files back to ILLiad for request fulfillment We use ILLiad to Aeon integration to facilitate Special Collections scanning for ILL lending. When we send a scan request via ILLiad to Aeon, we would like the ability for Aeon to pass the .pdf back to ILLiad for request fulfillment. Currently, Aeon staff have to email the .pdf to ILL staff in order for the file to get uploaded to ILLiad for ILL delivery. This would be similar to the Ares/ILLiad integration: we pass scans to ILLiad from Ares for scanning fulfillment through OpenURL.

Billing Manager: send .pdf invoices via email Billing manager is great for print invoices, but we would like a more integrated way to send email invoices through Billing Manager. Currently, we generate the invoices and then have to break them into individual .pdfs before sending via email or regular mail. It would be great if there was a one click solution to just send the invoice via email to each library.

Warn or prevent staff from marking requests found after they have aged out to next lender in OCLC OCLC Lending requests remain in processing queues even when they have aged out and moved to the next lender (or are returned to the borrowing library unfilled, if the library is the last/only in the lending string). Staff are unable to filter by or see the OCLC status in grid views, so individual requests must be opened to see if a request is no longer in a CONSIDERING status and has aged (or even been deleted by or cancelled by the borrower). Requests may age out for various reasons while sites are continuing to retrieve/process requested items and it is…

Improve web field notes Patron often add multiple citation entries into one field i.e. paste all of teh citation information into the journal title field. It would be helpful to have field note more obvious to users. Maybe something like this example

Symphony Circ Addon Complete Transaction Upon Check-In Add ability for the Symphony API add-on to complete an additional transaction upon check-in, (checking the item in within Symphony, which would push it into transit to the hold location).

Reorder items in the Custom DropDown Table Please give libraries the ability to re-order the CustomDropdown Table in the Customization Manager - there are cases when an order other than alphabetical is what makes most sense to the user.

Extend database field length for ReasonsForCancellation DefaultNote Many of our cancellation notices to patrons need to include more information in the DefaultNote field than can fit in 255 characters. Some examples: If a patron requests a book held by one of our branch libraries, we will tell them that we placed the request on their behalf, and also include instructions for how they can do so themselves in the future. Or if we purchase a book for our collection on behalf of a patron, we explain that we purchased the book, tell them how they'll be notified when it's processed, and give a general timeline.

Add Expired User Indication on User Record When using User Expiration in 9.1, the only indication of a user's expired status on the User Record is the Expiration Date. All other indicators are the same as a New User :
User Record= no status button active
https://www.screencast.com/t/1xqQr0NbaIZTransaction Record=flag by username and "user not cleared" status warning
https://www.screencast.com/t/0DttY3BXKQkPI would be helpful to be able to readily distinguish between users that are expired vs. users that are new.

Searching from the Check In From Lending Library Screen If you accidentally click Search without any information in the search fields, a long list of requests come up and the first one in the list automatically displays. This has caused trouble with new employees who have not noticed and mistakenly checked in items that we have not received. Please change this so that no results appear if you do not enter search information or at least a window opens asking if you want to proceed.

"Revert to previous version" button I would love to be able to revert to a previous version of a request after saving (similar to how Google Suite does so). There have been a few times we have saved over the request information in ILLiad and had to log in to WorldShare in order to see what was originally requested.

Add optional Reply-To header in email templates In cases where SMTP authentication requires a single sending "From" address, it would be nice to allow a variable Reply-To address in email notification templates so that replies to particular notifications could arrive in distinct mailboxes.

Expand fields searched in citation information on both the home and the lending update stacks search screen The citation information search in the client should be expanded to include things like Item Number and ISBN.

Add additional Result Mapping options for Z39.50 It would be nice if there were one or two more fields where data grabbed via Z39.50 could be imported into ILLiad. In particular, "Item Num" would be an ideal place to hold a barcode, rather than having to concatenate it to a different value (as described here: https://support.atlas-sys.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360006750353-Finding-Importing-the-Barcode-Field).

Include ability to batch update records I realize that this could be very dangerous and should be locked down behind something like the database manager, but having the ability to batch update records (transaction, user, lender, etc) in ILLiad would be a huge time saver. There are times when local data or workflows change, and the ability to change more than one record at once would open up a lot of possibilities.

A key to determine if request auto opens (or doesn't) when it's the only item in a queue. I would like to be able to control if a request will automatically open when searched or when a queue of one is displayed.
Primarily, I want to be able to STOP the request from opening automatically. Many times we search for an item to see info, or route to an active status, and auto opening just slows down our ability to do this as we wait for the request to render.
