Do not move completed requests to Cancelled by ILL Staff when disavowing users When a user is disavowed, it makes sense to cancel all outstanding requests so that they are not processed. It does not make sense to move completed requests (in queues Request Finished or Delivered to Web) to Cancelled by ILL Staff. This skews statistics.

Allow Database Manager To Run on a Schedule We would like to be able to run Database Manager tasks on a schedule. For example, we would like to flip expired patrons to blocked on a nightly basis instead of requiring interaction from staff.

Updates to "Active Statuses" and usability for Web Circ We have three pickup locations and are becoming increasingly reliant on Web Circ. Recently, we figured out that "Billed & Blocked" isn't considered an "Active Status", so when a patron tries to return a long overdue book at the desk, it can't be checked in (but something that hasn't been checked out yet can!). Could you add "Billed & Blocked" as a status Web Circ can check in? Additionally, are you planning any usability updates? It would be great if "Check in" and "Check Out" weren't right next to each other.

Extend database field length for ISSN Extend the max field length for the ISSN/ISBN field beyond 20 Characters. Users sometimes copy/paste an ISBN with a prefix (e.g. ISBN: 1234567891234). If they do that with a 13-digit ISBN, the last digits are cut off.

Limit Number of Library Symbols added to the Lending String with Custom Holdings Add ability to customize the number of libraries that are added when using Custom Holding to create the Lending String.
Many libraries want to create shorter lending strings (less than fifteen) so that requests are not out for potentially weeks before being filled. Currently, in order to create shorter lending strings you have to manually add library symbols or remove library symbols after using custom holdings to auto-generate a string.

Allow renewal requests while patron blocked Allow patrons to submit renewal requests for other books even when they're blocked (with web access) for other overdue items. Maybe even add an option on the user account to let us pick and choose who we give this privilege to.

Canceling Lending request when OCLC request is Cancelled should not cause Connection Manager error Currently, if you use the Cancel option to Cancel a lending request when the OCLC status is Cancelled or Record not Found, it will cause a Connection Manager error. While staff can avoid the error by using the routing option to move the request to Cancelled by ILL Staff, it would be helpful if the Connection Manager or the Cancel option could be updated to avoid generating an error so that all Cancellation transactions can be handled in the same manner.

In ILLiad 9.1, allow locally controlled automatic logins to the OCLC Service Config from the ILLiad interface. It seems that in ILLiad 9.1, the OCLC Resource Sharing Settings Module (containing access to Custom Holdings Paths and Groups, Direct Request, etc.) will be replaced by a link out to the OCLC Service Configuration to access that content.
That link out will prompt users to log in with their OCLC Service Configuration. Could we allow automatic logins, that are set locally (to some users but not others)?
The automatic logins would save time for those of us who update Custom Holdings fairly frequently.
The ability to locally control which usernames get automatic logins to the OCLC Service Config would…

Improve Database Manager functionality Western Washington has discovered an issue where deleting more than one month's worth of Connector Sessions in the DB Manager results in the program appearing "frozen" after the Delete button is clicked. When the staff go to check on it, they get a Windows "Not Responding" message. It would be helpful to see something indicating that it's working, instead of appearing frozen, especially as the deletion process can take quite a bit of time to complete. Alternatively, adjusting the program so it doesn't produce the Not Responding message would also be acceptable. (transcribed by KAK - ZD ticket in admin…

automated email confirming return via Web Circ When loan is checked in via Web Circ (and status changes from Checked Out to Customer to In Transit From Customer), ILLiad automatically sends email to patron confirming return. Patron receives confirmation of returned ILL + helps ILL staff reduce claims returned situations. Email would simply acknowledge return, including the TN, title, author, etc.

Patron information from Docline requests in Billing Manager invoices We are having the issue of a Docline library needing patron names in the invoices we send them. That information is no longer available in billing manager invoices. I understand the privacy issue. I need to know definitively if this cannot be added back or not. Thanks!

ISSN/ISBN automatically added on "request sent" page When sending a borrowing request in ILLiad, have ILLiad bring the ISBN/ISSN from the record selected over from the work form to the main request page, as it does with OCLC numbers/titles. This would help ensure accuracy with the standard number and assist with collecting stats.

Add a 'Route to Borrowing' button to the Search Results ribbon for DD requests. Searches for Borrowing requests include two routing buttons in the upper ribbon, one for routing the request within borrowing, and a second to route the Borrowing request to DD.
It would be nice to see the reverse on the DD side: a button for routing within DD and a button to route to Borrowing. Currently you can only route DD requests to Borrowing one at a time by opening each individual request to access the routing to Borrowing button.

Change how system auto-creates and inserts due date for Lending requests At Stanford, we often page books from one site to another and this can take a bit of time. We want the DueDate to reflect when we mark the book as Shipped, instead of when we first open the request. It would be beneficial if changes to this functionality also improved the client's ability to deal with server addons or workflows that bypass opening the request form, entirely, since those requests can wind up missing the due date on pull slips.

Populate new user registration with data from ILS after authentication Allows users to login with their Symphony barcode and pin and then pull their existing data from Symphony into the new user registration form for Illiad account to help users complete the form.

Allow for staff to login to the ILLiad client via LDAP or SSO From customer: If we could automatically/programmatically create Staff User accounts in ILLiad and have the option for them to authenticate via LDAP to the ILLiad client, that would be really convenient. (Or if there was a Single Sign-On option that used the computer's Windows credentials to authenticate staff users).

Add RequestType to default IFM ILLiad reports Purdue University needs to break down IFM charges by RequesType for internal reporting. Having this in the default reports would be very helpful. We'd like to see it for both Lending and Borrowing.

Enable auto-population of citation information thru the users' Lending login To better serve former Loansome Doc users (as well as others), it would be helpful to have the ability to auto-populate the citation information thru the lending login. This feature exists in the borrowing login. It's easier for our patrons and more accurate for our staff than having patrons fill in the information manually or email it to staff.

Integrate WSILL IFM Refund in ILLiad WSILL allows libraries to initiate refunds when erroneous charges are applied. Now that Undo Shipped is not an option for IFM requests, this functionality is needed.
