Allow the document type to be set on default ILLiad web forms
Use case: A library would like to offer the option for patrons to request a loan in ebook format and process through the Occam's Reader addon. We have set this up as an option with an Item Info field currently, but it would be helpful to be able to use Document Type where this info seems to live more naturally. The other workaround considered was changing the default loan form for GenericRequestLoan but this seemed like a lot of extra work (include_menus, OpenURL Mapping, Validation, etc.) just to add a new value. So if we ever get to make changes…

Clones original request with staff changes instead of original request submitted by patron through the web
Would you like any changes staff makes to the RequestType and DocumentType to be updated on the web?
Scenario: When a patron creates a request on the web and staff has to make changes to the RequestType, the changes do not persist into the web. For example, if the patron accidentally submitted a request as an article but needed a loan, staff would update the request form in the client so the RequestType is changed to loan and the doctype to the appropriate format (e.g., book). Then, when the user goes back into the web and clones the request again,…

Option for selecting queues from a drop-down when creating routing rules
To piggyback off of the case-insensitivity with queue names ideas: https://uservoice.atlas-sys.com/forums/581665-illiad-ideas/suggestions/42375580-case-insensitivity-for-queue-name-and-custom-field. Another option to avoid having errors if a queue name is typed in a routing rule without proper case sensitivity would be to have a way to select queues such as a drop-down menu when creating custom routing rules.

Navigation should be wrapped in a nav tag or given a role of navigation
This makes the navigation easier to navigate to and clearer that it is a navigation when using a screen reader.

Allow staff to limit search on batch processing form to ILL Number or TN
(for when TNs get so large they match other requests with ILL numbers)

Make Wanted By/Service Type field on request form consistently say Wanted By
This will allow that field to save when edited. The Service Type label is very very old and doesn't reflect any database field names.

Treat Checked Out to ILL Staff the same as Checked Out to Customer in the staff client
Currently, Checked Out to ILL Staff behaves like a processing queue in the staff client versus like Checked Out to Customer. So Request Sent shows as an option versus the standard options for a checked out item.
