Add a parameter to the Route command to indicate if routing rules should be used. This is for addon functionality to specify if routing rules apply or not.

Know if a staff user is no longer signed into the client and route any open requests back to previous status. Use the System Manager’s StaffSession processing to identify transactions that are marked as in processing by a user that no longer has the Client open. Then route those back to their previous state to present requests being stranded.

Increase flexiblity of the item check out security prompt Most sites like this feature but end up disabling it since it gets annoying with all the staff requesting happening in Aeon. Can we enhance this feature to be more flexible? Ideally it would ignore requests from staff since they are never signed into the reading room but still give warnings for patrons not signed in.
