Expand ReferenceNumber field to accommodate the multiple folders listed for a box request When patrons select multiple folders in the same box, the requests are concatenated into one Aeon Transaction and the folder numbers are placed in the Reference Number field (separated by commas). In theory, this could be as many folders as in a box, but that should be an outlier based on the patron not knowing that they do not need to request each folder.
Currently that field is only 50 characters, so the folders are getting cut off.
Alternately, this information could be put in another field that's larger and more accommodating.

Add a parameter to the Route command to indicate if routing rules should be used. This is for addon functionality to specify if routing rules apply or not.

Know if a staff user is no longer signed into the client and route any open requests back to previous status. Use the System Manager’s StaffSession processing to identify transactions that are marked as in processing by a user that no longer has the Client open. Then route those back to their previous state to present requests being stranded.

Adding an activity under the "Request for" is confusing because it only says Clear Association The only button is "clear" but there's no "add" button (you're supposed to double-click the row).
