Do not allow requests to be cloned to a disavowed account. It doesn't make sense to be able to associate any new requests with a disavowed account. When cloning a request to another user and searching for them by name (not username), is it possible to hide disavowed accounts to avoid the mix-up?

Sticky Flag Queues Hello,
We use the "Deliver to Reading Room" flag, and each time the queue is emptied and a user logs back into Aeon, the "Requests" queue section that includes the "Deliver to Reading Room" queue reverts to it's original order in the list of queue categories. It would be great if it could stick to the spot where the Aeon user has moved it.3 votes -
Activities - incorporate some course reserve-type functions Purdue University has a number of classes (which will be Aeon activities) where students go to the reading room to look at course materials on their own time. The students will first make an appointment in the Aeon patron web interface. Then when they arrive onsite, the requests will be cloned from the activity and checked out to the student. Purdue would like for there to be more visible connectivity/relationships between the activity record, the appointment, and the cloned requests. This information would be helpful for reporting purposes, and will also show how classes are used in Archives and Special…

Deliver to Reading Room Flag It would be great if the "Deliver to Reading Room" flag was automatically removed from a request when the request was moved to the "Checked Out" status.

Add appointment status for "Needs to be Rescheduled" with associated email allowing site to notify user and request they reschedule When confirming an appointment, staff may find that they cannot confirm the appointment but do not want to cancel it. Instead, they want to ask the patron to reschedule. Add an email template and an appointment status to reflect this.

Dynamic statuses for remaining days to view uploaded scans Boston Public Library would like for there to be a dynamic status line that lets patrons know how many days they have left to download an electronically delivered scan on the Aeon web interface. There should be a dynamic status for each available download if there are more that one available at the same time.

AlmaPrimoDefinitiveCatalogAddon - Import copy number from item record In this new version of the AlmaPrimo addon, we are no longer able to import the copy number (copyid imported from the item record). In the previous AlmaPrimo VE catalog addon we were able to do this. We would like this functionality to be restored to the addon.

Add "Ready for Paging" status and make available via web Actions menu Some reading rooms would like the option for patrons to notify staff when materials should be paged, either before or during an appointment/reading room visit. Adding a Ready for Paging status to the web actions menu would allow patrons to submit requests when ready. Like Remove from Hold, this action should be available only when a request is in a specific status - Awaiting Request Processing. There should be a key or other setting allowing sites to turn this option on or off depending on their retrieval process.

Restore "bright yellow" highlighting for modified but unsaved field values Restore "bright yellow" highlighting for modified but unsaved field values or provide options for skin color palette customization. Previous default highlight color (#FEFD35) was well-liked by staff and none of the current skins offer a comparable attention-grabbing option.

Ability to remove the fax option from the NotificationMethod field A few libraries have requested this option. They would like to remove the fax option from the standard NotificationMethod drop-down. These options are hardcoded and cannot be controlled in the custom drop-down table in the customization manager. We did create a custom field with the necessary configurations, and updated the relevant registration web pages. One library, New York State Archives, is experiencing bugginess with this custom field because they have an unusual workflow for creating patrons. Purdue University, University of Tulsa, Cal State LA, and University of Washington also asked for the fax option to be removed.

Enable Recurring Appointments Some of our researchers are requesting recurring appointments in our Reading Room, but we currently have to create a separate appointment for each individual date. It would be so helpful to be able to schedule those appointments all at once!

Allow for custom fields to be added to patron appointment request California State University L.A. would like to have a drop-down field on the appointment form for the patron to choose the purpose of their appointment. They don't want the field to be on the request form, because the patron would have to select the purpose for each item request for that appointment if the field was required. And they have many returning researchers, so they don't want the field to be on the user registration, as it is more specific to the appointment/reason for the visit.

Allow request submittal after appointment StartTime has begun Many reading rooms allow request submittal after the appointment time starts. If the Appointment mindleaddays is set to 0, this should allow the user to submit requests until the appointment StopTime.
Alternately, if lead time is required, add a new key to indicate whether requests can be submitted while the user is signed in for their appointment.
