Add key or checkbox to allow sites to determine if a specific field should clone to a new request. Ex: if a user places a request but includes a range of boxes, staff will need to clone the request and update the barcode (ItemNumber). If the barcode field is set not to clone, staff can add the correct barcode to each cloned request.

Change the "Reset" option to "Clear" or update to "Reset Search" beneath the dashboard search options. Change the text to "Clear" or "Reset Search" would be more clear and indicative of what happens when you click Reset in the menu beneath the dashboard search options. Users hesitate to click "Reset" because they don't know what it will reset.

Create "email all" functionality that allows the option to email all patrons in bulk from Aeon. We'd like Aeon to allow us the capability of emailing all approved researchers through the system directly. Currently, we have to create a list and export it from Aeon to send emails from another system

Aeon - ArchivesSpace client addon - hide or encrypt password in client configuration The University of Arkansas asked that the password be hidden or encrypted in the addon configuration for the ArchivesSpace addon for the Aeon client for security purposes.

Ability to update physical and photoduplication automatically together Georgia Archives uses a number of custom workflows that are specific to working with government records. They have a few photoduplication workflows where they would like to be able to update the photoduplication status and have that action automatically update the physical status. One example is when they route transactions to "Awaiting Order Payment," they would like for the physical status to update to "In Photoduplication." Currently, the transaction routes to "Awaiting Order Payment" via a routing rule. Then staff have to navigate to the Details tab to click on the In Photoduplication button.

Open electronically delivered items in separate tab or window Add the functionality to have the electronically delivered file(s) open in a separate tab or window in the web browser. This way the user can still have their Aeon account viewable.

I would find it convenient if the _Merge_ button were available in photoduplication-module queues (such as _Copy Order Submitted_) Add the Merge command to photoduplication queues. Currently, users must switch to a request queue, or go to the patron's account, in order to merge the underlying requests.

Sending activity notification to a user who has yet created an account I'd like to be able to create an activity and send a link to a user to add items even if they haven't yet created an account. The link would take them to the account creation page and then let them submit requests for the activity. Currently, I have to hope they let me know when they created an account or keep checking in Aeon before I know that I can add them to the activity.

Allow activity cloning from web account Possibility of adding activity cloning from researchers web account. We work with several faculty and groups teaching the same classes each year and allowing them control of this function would help alleviate the impact this currently has on staff time.

Include "Notes" field when cloning requests. When a request is cloned either within the Aeon Client, or from the online platform, can the information present in the "Notes" field of the original request transfer into the new request? For example: our local/staff notes, which indicate unique item locations populate into this field. When cloning, these notes do not transfer, which impacts turn around time and requires staff to either look at and copy notes from the original request, or locate the material in our ILS to find the notes. Make the "Send Email" button for Item Delivered to retain the previous staff selection Georgia Archives use the Item Delivered button to route items to "Item Delivered." About half the time they need to send an email, and the other half they don't need to send the email because the patron is picking up the order in person. They would like for the "Send Email" button to retain the previous selection by the staff user. For example, if the staff user did not need to send an email for a transaction, they would like for the "Send Email' button to remain unselected for the next time. Display creation date field in user record in the staff client The University of Arkansas would like for the creation date of when the patron user record is created to display on the Details tab in the user record. Right now, this field is only available for view in the user search results grid. It is not explicitly shown in the history tab, either. If the site is using the New User Email, they can infer the creation date from when that email is sent in the email history, but if they are not using the system New User Email template, there is no other way from the user record itself…

Link to Departments list from Activity Record Case Western would like to record the department that an activity is associated with. They are currently using an ActivityInfo field to record this information. It would be most efficient if a department field was available in the Activity record and it connected to the department list in the customization manager. A second option is to allow for ActivityInfo fields to be dropdown fields so that a controlled vocabulary can be used.

Queue-specific filters I'd like to be able to create a filter that is unique in our Staff Template to unique queues. Right now any time I have a filter applied, the filter automatically applies to any other queue, but for certain queues it would be helpful, for instance, to automatically only view a single day's requests.

Ability to rename field labels in Search Users section of the staff client Georgia Archives uses the term "Patron ID" for "Username." They would like to be able to change the "Username" field label in the "Search Users" section at the top of the client dashboard.
