  6. If a user needs to be cleared, default to the Process ribbon on the user form

    When opening a user to clear them, the form defaults to the default ribbon and you have to click the process ribbon. For users that need to be cleared, it should default to the Process ribbon.

  7. Allow patrons to remove tags from multiple requests at once via web

    I was thinking something like the Approve Orders table where patrons could click one or multiple checkboxes from the table (the one they view when they click the tag link from the main menu) and click a "remove tag" button.

  8. Better user interface for creating routing rules in Customization Manager

    Make the rule field like an email template where you can right click to choose a table and field to prevent typos etc.

  9. Option to batch cancel multiple requests from the activity request list

    You can route them all now, but you can't cancel which would choose a reason and offer the option to email.

  14. Automate activities procedures

    We have gone through a few iterations of methods for handling just these situations, because cloning to all individual users for what was essentially course reserves (or other similar Activities) was quite cumbersome. Here's what we've devised, and it's working pretty well for us these days: 1. When materials are being used in the class session, all requests are routed to "Item Checked Out to Activity." 2.   16. Update FAQ section on password reset

    The default text in the FAQ section says:

    "In the event that you forget your password, please contact the
    Reference staff at (800) 555-1234. We can then reset your password allowing you access to Aeon. Please change your password once you logon to Aeon."

    For security purposes, patrons should be encouraged to reset their own password. The default language should be updated to direct the patron to ForgotPassword.html first, then to contact staff if they still need assistance.

  18. Have the Site field set based on the staff user's DBC when creating requests from an Excel

    If a staff user forgets to include the Site value when creating requests from an Excel file, the Site is set to blank and the requests are not visible to staff. It would be helpful to have the Site value automatically set based on the user's DBC in the same way it is set when single requests are created in the client.

  19. The ability to use the Site Description column in more areas.

    Right now the new SiteDescription column offers the ability to create and display more detailed site descriptions, but it is limited to web page grids. It would be nice if this column was opened up for use with other page elements.

  20. Update validation message on Keep in Review page to better indicate which field(s) is not validating.

    Current Keep in Review validation just says "This request is missing required information." It should be updated to know which field is missing required information so it is more clear to patrons whether they just need to choose a scheduled date or if other required information is missing from a request.
