Add a button or link to get addons from the client
Like the "Get Add-ins" button in Outlook, it would be nice to have more visibility in ILLiad for the addons that directly links folks to the addon directory in the docs.

ILLiad / Aeon integration - request type would transfer from ILLiad to Aeon automatically
The request type (Loan or Photoduplication) should transfer automatically from ILLiad to Aeon. ILL staff should not have to select that again when transferring the request to Aeon.

Strip carriage returns out of email subject before sending
If an email subject has a field that creates carriage returns (like title), it's failing to send. The carriage returns could be stripped out before sending to avoid errors.

Default OpenURL journal genre to article form instead of loan form
Most examples of OpenURL with the "journal" genre are still article requests versus a request for a loan of the entire journal. Data would not be lost if we use the article request form instead.

Track flag history along with status history of each request
It would be really useful at our library to be able to track flag history in the Staff Client along with status/queue history of each request. We would love to see what flags have historically been added to a request, and when and by whom they were added and removed.
There are several flags in our system that stay on requests indefinitely because that's the only way we can identify and run reports on those requests specifically. There are also many times it would be useful to see who applied a flag to a given request so that follow-up clarifying…

Make time units in turnaround time report uniform
The detailed lending turnaround time report returns time periods that are in minutes, hours, and days, making any kind of comparison impossible. All times should be reported in hours; institutions can then perform calculations as needed.

Include ISIL as supported symbol type in Odyssey protocol.
Odyssey currently supports the symbol types of OCLC, DOC (Docline), ISO and RAPID. At ReShare, we would love it if the schema were updated to include ISIL symbols so that we could transfer files for non-returnables. Please support ISIL (ISO15511:2009) as a library symbol taxonomy for Odyssey. (https://webstore.ansi.org/standards/iso/iso155112009)

ILLiad Server Updater
Enhance the Updater to remove older .replaced files or do not create them to start with since all older dll and exe files are already in C:\illiad\setup. The .replaced files take space and make it harder to find the correct files when troubleshooting

Button to route to Partial/Incorrect queue in Odyssey window
It would be great to have a button to route requests to the Received Partial/Incorrect queue, in the Electronic Delivery window that appears as part of Awaiting Odyssey Processing. Currently, one must delete the Odyssey file then manually route the request to that queue when the situation applies

Identify ghost/fake ChatGPT citations
Check citations somehow before lenders end up spending time trying to verify ghost ChatGPT requests maybe via Addon or other processing method.

Improve Error handling in Electronic Delivery Utility (EDU) to keep cascading errors from occurring.
When the EDU loses connection to a network location where files are stored due to a timeout or issue, the EDU continues to try and process causing a loop of error messages that cause the EDU to crash. See ticket# 38285 on 3/14 screenshots for error. Please enhance to report the loss of the connection and stop the EDU from continuing. Matt did not think we could re-establish the connection so I don't know if restarting the EDU is an option but Matt added
"we could maybe better handle the errors when it can't make open files and stop trying…

ReShare Addon create a more robust breadcrumb trail
When the ILLiad ReShare addon creates a request in ReShare, there isn't much in the way of tracking after the request is submitted. We suggest adding notes to the ILLiad TN anytime the addon takes action on the request so there is a static history of what actions the addon has taken. That way if the request enters a different fulfillment method, such as OCLC, then there is preservation of the past ReShare request number and any other actions that the addon has taken. Otherwise, this information is lost (the ReShare Request ID is overwritten in the ILL number field).

Increased Granularity in Web Circ Permissions by User
I would like to be able to restrict available actions in Web Circ by user. I would like to restrict our circ desk account from being able to do anything other than check out items. I think essentially I'd like the customization keys to be available on a by-user basis.

I would liek ot be able to truncate text in field for printing. Sometimes the title is long and pushes my book strap on to a second page.
I want to truncate the length of the title in some of my print templates so labels print consistently. I would also like to be able to change the color of the font based on the data in a merge field to call attention to a users NVTGC for example.

Better tracking of OA/DSP/non-standard article delivery in Borrowing Web Reports
Turnaround time Borrowing Web Reports don't have the ability to capture requests filled through OA Addon/DSP. It's important for not just these to be able to be captured and included in statistics, but also for us to separate these and be able to identify these as opposed to other material that's uploaded and delivered. Support copying lending request data from Docline web browser
ILLiad used to have a feature that would allow us to copy the Docline new lending requests page from a web browser and import them into ILLiad.
With recent changes to Google account security not working within ILLiad, and Microsoft accounts suddenly not being recognized by Docline, it would be great to be able to copy the page from a web browser. We do not have access to the other login options offered by Docline/NLM
As it stands, our only option is to copy each request line-by-line into a blank ILLiad form.
