Some dates for articles don't adhere to the date formatting that ILLiad expects, so it would be nice to use a regular expression to pull out just the parts of the rft.date tag needed.

Updates to "Active Statuses" and usability for Web Circ We have three pickup locations and are becoming increasingly reliant on Web Circ. Recently, we figured out that "Billed & Blocked" isn't considered an "Active Status", so when a patron tries to return a long overdue book at the desk, it can't be checked in (but something that hasn't been checked out yet can!). Could you add "Billed & Blocked" as a status Web Circ can check in? Additionally, are you planning any usability updates? It would be great if "Check in" and "Check Out" weren't right next to each other.

Change how system auto-creates and inserts due date for Lending requests At Stanford, we often page books from one site to another and this can take a bit of time. We want the DueDate to reflect when we mark the book as Shipped, instead of when we first open the request. It would be beneficial if changes to this functionality also improved the client's ability to deal with server addons or workflows that bypass opening the request form, entirely, since those requests can wind up missing the due date on pull slips.

Allow for staff to login to the ILLiad client via LDAP or SSO From customer: If we could automatically/programmatically create Staff User accounts in ILLiad and have the option for them to authenticate via LDAP to the ILLiad client, that would be really convenient. (Or if there was a Single Sign-On option that used the computer's Windows credentials to authenticate staff users).

Skip Library Button It would be nice if there was an option to skip an institution in your lender string if it's been 3/4 days (for example) and the library has still not even opened the request. At present, if your patron is in a hurry, you have to cancel the entire ILL request and send out a new one to omit the library that is seemingly unresponsive.

Disable trusted sender at the TN or patron level in borrowing I'd like the ability to disable trusted sender (thereby having to download and send an article to the patron manually) for specific transactions or specific patrons, not just specific lenders. Disabling trusted sender at the TN level would help for cases where the patron has specifically requested a color/high resolution/accessible copy. I prefer to review these files before having them reach the patron so they don't feel like their request was ignored if the message was missed by the lender.
I think being able to disable trusted sender at the patron level would help smooth relationships with patrons who are…

Connection Manager Make sure the Connection Manager does a full check of the Pending status during each cycle run and not just after midnight or after a service restart. This is from ticket 10049.

Allow us to adjust the number of times a journal is requested before it appears on our copyright list. If CONTU is not law, and our institution decides that 10 requests is the definition of replacing a subscription, we should be able to change a setting in ILLiad so that we can easily follow our own guideline, rather than ignoring the list and reconciling all titles at the end of the year.

Enhance the MARC record display in WorldCat searching It would be great to add features from OCLC Connexion's MARC display to the display of MARC records in ILLiad. We'd like to see the value in 040 subfield b (language of cataloging) displayed in a column in search results to quickly narrow down the potential correct record for an item. It would also be really helpful to right-click on a MARC tag to go to the OCLC site for a definition of that field. Modeling the MARC display after the great features in Connexion would really help with efficient searching.

Allow multiple different email templates based on different reasons for Disavowing patrons from Patrons to Clear We've had a spate of local users accidentally filling out Proxy forms, as well as unaffiliated users trying to create accounts using the Proxy form. It would save a lot of time and confusion if we could select reasons and different pre-made disavow templates like we can elsewhere in ILLiad

Ability to batch delete notes from a request Sometimes, when interacting with different pieces, the system will add hundreds of copies of the same note (usually one every ten minutes) before a staff person catches that it got stuck. Then, these many duplicate system notes make it hard to see actual relevant notes. Currently notes can only be deleted one at a time which is not at all feasible in these cases. It would be great to be able to select multiple notes on a request and delete them at the same time.

When choosing a lender When choosing a lender when hovering over a symbol have the state pop up along with the Universities name. Will expedite loans when we can choose institutions within a specific area.

Groups functionality--tie group with Lender address records It would be helpful if assigning a library to particular group would also update values in the lender address record such as the Default Shipping Method or Billing Categories or Priority Shipping.

Unattended configuration of Atlas SQL Alias Manager There is currently (according to Atlas Systems support) no method for setting a logon.dbc file as the default for ILLiad (and related applications) in a scripted/automated/unattended manner. When setting up large numbers of computers, this would be a handy feature.

Allow for custom workflows in reporting Some institutions have custom workflows that cause ILLiad custom reports not to work properly for statistics. Ticket #7411 requests that we find a way to accommodate requests not going through "Request in Processing" on the lending side.

Add a button or link to get addons from the client Like the "Get Add-ins" button in Outlook, it would be nice to have more visibility in ILLiad for the addons that directly links folks to the addon directory in the docs.
