Allow staff to edit multiple requests at once to change one field
Certain fields would be restricted and not allow bulk editing.

If a user needs to be cleared, default to the Process ribbon on the user form
When opening a user to clear them, the form defaults to the default ribbon and you have to click the process ribbon. For users that need to be cleared, it should default to the Process ribbon.

Don't allow two users to be assigned to the same seat
The system currently allows multiple users to be assigned to the same seat, thus creating possible confusion while the patron is in the room, but, more importantly, compromising our security efforts and ability to retrospectively reconstruct reader behavior, etc., in the case of a security event.

Option to reassign seat to user without signing out and back in
Seat Assignments: It is currently not possible to reassign users’ seats in the reading room without first checking them out of the room and then checking them back in. Patrons regularly change seats to view different size and formats of materials. Having a real-time view of seating, as well as a seat history, is vital from a security perspective. The need to check patrons out and then in again also potentially compromises security, as well as creating an inaccurate record of events, which be important in any (hopefully unlikely) security events.

Change name to "Link Billing Account" vs "Add Billing Account" to avoid confusion
When linking a Billing Account to a user account, the "Add billing account" label confuses users. Maybe it could be changed to read "Associate Billing Account," or "Link Billing Account."

Ability to save billing information without yet generating the invoice
"Would like to be able to save pricing/order information without generating an invoice. OR without having the information be available to the patron.
We need a DRAFT mode so we can leave an incomplete invoice without exposing it to patron and to move status."
"We would like to save work on an in-progress order (adding services, and descriptions). Currently, we can only save our work on an order by pushing the GENERATE INVOICE (aka, share the invoice with the patron) button.

Data entry space for "Bill to" information as well as "Send to" or "Ordered by" info.

Make "Total" field available in list (grid) views.
This would require financial data to be accessible in the "Column Chooser" in grid view, so that "Total" could become another possible column of information.

Make certain drop down fields select only (doesn't allow typing a value)
If the location value desired is not there, staff are typing in a value versus correcting the drop down list.

Make user merge process more clear
We would like to keep the option of not clearing users when merging accounts. Clicking on "merge" on a user should go to that user in the merge list.
We would like the whole process of merging to be smoother -- it should be possible to start from any status and merge, and it should be easier to find related individuals. Also, if you click "merge" on a certain user, it should start with that user in the list of users.
The current merge workflow is incredibly confusing.

Web user would like to print an invoice from the web
Used for reimbursement. Current option of just printing the table of requests does not look very official or sufficient.

Make the routing rules option to reorder them more obvious
Routing rules can be moved up and down in the list (they are performed in the order they appear in the list, where only the first rule that matches is applied).

Better user interface for creating routing rules in Customization Manager
Make the rule field like an email template where you can right click to choose a table and field to prevent typos etc.
