Make the "Create Requests" button accessible from the Requests/Process tab.
Currently, when you click on a user's Request tab, that option is not available and you have to click out to the Home tab.

Symbolic Links support for centralized forms sharing
We would like to place our forms on a shared network drive for quick access for printing, and so we do not need to distribute forms to individual machines each time we make a small change to a form.
Since we have many divisions using Aeon, we have many versions of PrintCallslip.doc, for example (and other forms). Since each has the same file name, we need to create sub-directories for each division's forms. So we need symbolic links to be supported to enable this access.

Ability to remove/customize tabs on User form in Customize Layout
Would be nice to be able to customize the layout by removing tabs on User form such as billing.

Update default ItemCancellation email to use CancelNote instead of ReasonForCancellation
CancelNote has more details than ReasonForCancellation and should be used by default.

Check Out Item/ Reshelve Item / On HOLD
Would be more efficient to scan TN barcodes directly into Check Out Item/ Reshelve Item / On HOLD fields that can be located at the top of the Homepage without searching for the request first. Would be even more beneficial to not have to click on a Check Out Item/Reshelve Item/On Hold icon if we could just scan directly into a field and that is how the request would be automatically processed (without clicking on icons)

Ability to import affiliate user records into a validation table
The University of Baltimore also uses ILLiad and Ares. They import their affiliate user records into a validation table. When a new affiliate user logs into the web interface, their info from the validation table populates the registration form. They would like this functionality in Aeon.

Add electronic delivery undelete functionality
HTML page is available for this but no button or transaction-related functionality exists to allow for users to undelete any delivered files if desired (before expiration).

Post Request via Aeon API
We need the ability to POST requests to Aeon (after acquiring an authentication token). We do not want users to be sent to the Aeon site and leave our finding aids site when making a request, so we would prefer to submit the request in the background. This seems like the most basic integration one could want, yet it's missing from the current API.

Change the "Reset" option to "Clear" or update to "Reset Search" beneath the dashboard search options.
Change the text to "Clear" or "Reset Search" would be more clear and indicative of what happens when you click Reset in the menu beneath the dashboard search options. Users hesitate to click "Reset" because they don't know what it will reset.

Aeon - ArchivesSpace client addon - hide or encrypt password in client configuration
The University of Arkansas asked that the password be hidden or encrypted in the addon configuration for the ArchivesSpace addon for the Aeon client for security purposes.

I would find it convenient if the _Merge_ button were available in photoduplication-module queues (such as _Copy Order Submitted_)
Add the Merge command to photoduplication queues. Currently, users must switch to a request queue, or go to the patron's account, in order to merge the underlying requests.

Ability to sign out multiple patrons at once
Georgia Archives would like the ability to sign multiple patrons out of the reading room at once.

Make the "Send Email" button for Item Delivered to retain the previous staff selection
Georgia Archives use the Item Delivered button to route items to "Item Delivered." About half the time they need to send an email, and the other half they don't need to send the email because the patron is picking up the order in person. They would like for the "Send Email" button to retain the previous selection by the staff user. For example, if the staff user did not need to send an email for a transaction, they would like for the "Send Email' button to remain unselected for the next time. Currently, this only works for the 'Edit Email'…

Link to Departments list from Activity Record
Case Western would like to record the department that an activity is associated with. They are currently using an ActivityInfo field to record this information. It would be most efficient if a department field was available in the Activity record and it connected to the department list in the customization manager. A second option is to allow for ActivityInfo fields to be dropdown fields so that a controlled vocabulary can be used.

Ability to rename field labels in Search Users section of the staff client
Georgia Archives uses the term "Patron ID" for "Username." They would like to be able to change the "Username" field label in the "Search Users" section at the top of the client dashboard.

Add Notes merge field to PrintInvoice.docx
Georgia Archives would like the ability to include the Notes field on the Invoice template, because the notes could include additional information for the patron to understand the charges on the invoice. Right now, the Notes merge field is not available in the Print Invoice document.

Display creation date field in user record in the staff client
The University of Arkansas would like for the creation date of when the patron user record is created to display on the Details tab in the user record. Right now, this field is only available for view in the user search results grid. It is not explicitly shown in the history tab, either. If the site is using the New User Email, they can infer the creation date from when that email is sent in the email history, but if they are not using the system New User Email template, there is no other way from the user record itself…
