Dynamic drop downs on user registration forms If a user chooses a country, have the web form change the options for possible states. This could also include other dynamic drop down options if there are other suggestions.

Increase flexiblity of the item check out security prompt Most sites like this feature but end up disabling it since it gets annoying with all the staff requesting happening in Aeon. Can we enhance this feature to be more flexible? Ideally it would ignore requests from staff since they are never signed into the reading room but still give warnings for patrons not signed in.

Make the routing rules option to reorder them more obvious Routing rules can be moved up and down in the list (they are performed in the order they appear in the list, where only the first rule that matches is applied).

Option to only see reading rooms for your site in a multi-site configuration Right now only transactions are filtered by site. Staff would like to only see reading rooms (and signed in users) for those associated with their site.

Option to assign a location to an activity to user for filtering in multi-site configurations Staff would still be able to see all activities if they chose, but this would give them the option to easily shorten the list without having to use a random field and filter on that.

More staff permissions in the Aeon Client We need more granular staff permissions for the Aeon client.
For example, we have some staff who should ideally not have the permission to clone requests, for example, or perhaps to create new requests. I see there is a similar ER for Ares, but I do not see one for Aeon staff permissions.
Even with a transition to the web client from the local application, more sophisticated staff permissions are still quite pertinent. Please consider!

Appointments - maintain history of cancelled appointment in associated request record(s) The University of Tulsa allows patrons to cancel unconfirmed appointments. If the patron cancels the appointment, the appointment reference is removed from the associated request record(s). It would be helpful if the appointment association remained, particularly in the use case where the patron wanted to schedule a new appointment in the future and wanted to request those same materials. It will be easier for staff to see on the client side which requests belonged to the original cancelled appointment, so that the requests could be cloned to the new appointment.

Staff client calendar - would like both reading room and activities to display on calendar From the University of Tulsa: As archival staff, we would like to be able to see all of our public-facing reading room activities - appointments and activities - on one calendar. It would be handy to also have the activities display on the Calendar tab in the staff client that already displays the reading room appointments.

Appointments: Allow public notes for exceptions to display on patron web interface I am submitting this on behalf of the University of Tulsa. The appointment configurations in the customization manager include a Public Note field for exception dates, but this public note does not appear on the patron web interface. If a patron mouses over an exception date on the appointment calendar, a generic note displays: "Disabled date [full date]" instead of the public note in the customization manager.
