Allow staff to send one email for multiple requests (batch email)
Would it be possible to highlight a set of requests from one user, and send a single email to the user?
It would be great to highlight all the requests from each single user at once and then send one collective email to the user.

Login As should not default to previous account when user clicks Cancel
The Login As option allows staff users to switch accounts, but can pose a security risk if a user clicks cancel as the client will revert back to the previously logged in staff user.

Copy and paste from cells in tables
On the queue and flag tables, we used to be able to click a cell and copy just that information. We can't after the new version update. A fix for this would be incredibly beneficial.

Ability to temporary disable patron services in Aeon
The site would like to be able to temporarily disable photoduplication service availability while the applicable staff person is out of the office. This functionality could be similar to something like disabling ILL services when the library is closed. Perhaps there could be a toggle option that would prevent the photoduplication form from being available to the patron during this time period, along with an explanatory message of the situation.

Ability to select which fields are passed from ArchivesSpace PUI to Notes.
We’ve been working on our requesting from the ArchivesSpace Public User Interface. With grouped EAD-style requests, for each item requested, all the field values are put in the Notes. It would be ideal to be able to define what information would get put in the notes.

Have requests associated with activities placed from the ERE form route to activity queues
Hi,
We noticed that when we place requests associated with activities from ArchivesSpace via the ERE form, they don't route to "Awaiting activity processing" We think this is because the requests are created before they are submitted, and the patron adds the activity information after the request is create in Aeon. We may be able to get around this with a routing rule . But for sites like Beinecke that route requests out of "Awaiting Activity Processing" based on activity type, it will be more complicated. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Ability to have a virtual reading room
Several Aeon users at RBMS 2018 have talked about the need for a virtual reading room to provide controlled access to born digital/digitized materials

Add list of note types to WebNotesFilter key in Customization Manager
It is possible via the WebNotesFilter key to filter out certain note types from the web. By default, only System notes are filtered. The description should be updated as it currently refers to Lender which is not applicable to Aeon. But should also include a list of all note types.

Mark staff as inactive in staff manager
It would be nice to have the ability to mark staff as Inactive in the staff client. Our staff list is starting to grow as people rotate through, especially students and project archivists. Marking staff inactive would allow us to filter the list, and also it could be a convenient way to prevent disable inactive accounts from logging in.

Allow NewAuthRegistration to behave like NewUserRegistration after remote authentication
When patrons register via AeonAuth (non-shib), they are taken to the First Time Users page, asked to click through to agree to the policies, and then directed to the registration page.
NewAuthRegistration (via Shib) behaves differently and there is only one form where both the First Time policies and registration form are present after authentication.
Sites would like for patrons to see the First Time Users page separately from NewAuthRegistration.

Add the option to clone requests to the activity form processing ribbon
Staff would like the ability to clone multiple requests from an activity to an individual user in bulk. A current workaround is to clone the activity, select the appropriate requests to clone to the new user, then when the requests are created, clear the association to the activity and delete the activity, but this is pretty cumbersome.

Add ability to customize the Cancellation Message -- Cancelled by Customer
When a request is cancelled by the user, the message that is displayed in the web for Reason for Cancellation is "Cancelled by Customer." Having the ability to edit that text would allow consistency across web pages if edits have been made to address Users as Researchers or Patrons rather than Customers.

When uploading an item for a photoduplication request, set the default file type to All Files.
When uploading an item for a photoduplication request, the Open dialog box defaults to displaying PDF files. Aeon users may be delivering a lot of different file types through Aeon, so the Open dialog box should show all file types by default

Add tracking to request history when item is uploaded
No tracking entry is added when files are uploaded for photoduplication requests. Add entry in tracking table to indicate file was uploaded as there is currently no way to know aside from clicking the Upload Item button a second time to get an dialog box indicating a file has already been uploaded.

Add a notification to Aeon client for new signed-in users
It would be great to have a notification in the Aeon cient for new signed-in users. We have our site set up so that the receptionist signs users into Aeon when they arrive, and then they walk upstairs to the reading room, where they are assigned a seat number by the reading room supervisor.
The reading room staff would find it helpful to get a pop-up notification for new signed-in users so they know when to expect people walking into the reading room.
We would want an alert every time they sign in, not just on the first visit.

Option to Print a Callslip from Awaiting Future Request Processing
It would be helpful to be able to print callslips from the Awaiting Future Request Processing queue/status and have the requests route to In Item Retrieval. There are times when staff might page materials from this queue.

Allow users in the Staff Manager to delete grid settings for multiple staff at once
Currently, grid settings have to be deleted individually for each user in the Staff Manager. If a change is made to the layout template and grid settings need to be cleared, it can be cumbersome and time-consuming to select each staff person individually and click Delete Grid Settings. The option to select multiple staff and clear grid settings for all users selected would be preferable.

Adjust request limit logic so that photoduplication requests do not count against request limit.
Requests submitted for photoduplication go to Awaiting Request Processing | Awaiting Order Processing initially. Because the requests hit Awaiting Request Processing, photoduplication requests currently count against a patron's request limit until they are moved into a photoduplication queue.
Sites should have the option to choose whether photoduplication requests count against a patron's limit.

Uncleared users should expire in the same way as cleared users
Most users that just make photoduplication requests never get cleared and so they never expire and get prompted to update their contact information. It would be helpful for all users to expire regardless of whether they have ever been cleared.

Schedule Staff Notifications in Aeon Client
We have recently been thinking about how we can improve our staff communications in the Reading Room. We often have instances where staff need to be alerted to special arrangements, updates or events in the Reading Room in a timely manner.
It occurred to me that the functionality we are looking for is much like that available in the Aeon system when alert pop-ups occur for new requests for processing and users waiting to be cleared.
It would be ideal if editable alerts could be scheduled so that when staff log in to the Aeon Client, a pop-up appears with…
