Add the ability to increase font size within ILLiad without impacting other application
The current font size in the staff interface is not adjustable within the application. It would be useful and decrease eye strain if the font could be adjusted to user preferences, Regular, Large or Extra Large maybe? When the Windows font size is adjusted, it affects all other programs making them too large.

Ability to make OCLC borrowing requests from a custom queue
The functions to create an OCLC borrowing request are not available until the request is opened from the Awaiting Request Processing queue. It would be helpful to be able to create OCLC requests from a custom queue eliminating extra steps for processing items that might routed to a custom queue for review.

Add a Mark Found/Scan Now button to borrowing requests
This button is in Lending and DocDel. Often we find items online or they are delivered via Email from the lender. It would be so much quicker and easier to open the request and hit a Mark Found Scan Now button to import the document instead of going out of the request and opening the Electronic Delivery/Borrowing Scanning. It would save a number of clicks and steps and time.

API functionality include renewal requests from patrons
The ILLiad API is great because patrons can view all their requests local and ILL in one place but this is really read only. It would be very helpful for the API to also allow for renewal requests or to support a renewal request via NCIP.

Simplify renewals processing in both borrowing and lending
Can the due date in the "Renewed by Customer to MM/DD/YYYY" queue be copied automatically into the Due Date Field in the Transactions table so staff don't have to do this manually (and and NCIP message be sent too if needed). If we do automatic renewal processing in Lending, when a request comes in can it have it's due date automatically updated rather than staff having to push a button?

NCIP integration for lending and borrowing
Integrate the ability to send NCIP messages for both borrowing and lending including support for renewals and recalls into the standard workflow rather than requiring an addon to do so. Settings could be part of the customization manager.

Ability to remove loan information from web pages.
Many libraries take advantage of NCIP integration with their ILS and thus manage loans (due dates and renewals) directly with their ILS, thus patrons are encouraged not to log into ILLiad web pages to perform those tasks. However, there is no easy way to remove or hide that from the web pages.

"Import" answered email from Outlook into email history of a request
Currently we only see one side of a conversation in the email history of a request. It would be helpful to be able to import a response into ILLiad so we have a complete history in one place (as opposed to cutting-pasting into notes as we do now.)

Allow patrons to request resends or report a problem with the copy (e.g., bad scan)
If patrons have a problem with a received item, they should be able to submit for a re-send within their ILLiad account - currently they have to email/call/come in person. Something like a button for "Report a problem with this document" and a comment field.

Bring back the autofill when typing in notes
ILLiad used to autofill notes that had already been used in the current session. You could just type the first few letters and the note would come up.

Add a button or link to get addons from the client
Like the "Get Add-ins" button in Outlook, it would be nice to have more visibility in ILLiad for the addons that directly links folks to the addon directory in the docs.

Address validation for shipping

Enhance cancellation emails to borrowers to allow specific emails to be sent for specific cancellation reasons.
From customer regarding patron notification email templates used for the cancellation of borrowing transactions. : It would be helpful if I had a template for each reason and if ILLiad would automatically select the right one for each specific reason.

Set web session timeout by patron type/status
From customer: We have a faculty member complaining about the web session. We have it set at 10 minutes since so many of our patrons use shared/pubic workstations. Is there any way to individualize web session times by patron type?

Allow staff to mass email patrons based on status or other criteria
Allow staff to send an email to ILLiad users based on status or department, etc so that they could send out one email to many people to announce updates, new services, request feedback/survey. Ex. I am going to install ILLiad 9 on Thursday and we will be down for 3 hours. I'd like to email all of the Faculty to let them know and also warn them that they will need to change password upon login.

Split out the lenderaddresses address fields into street addresses, city, state, zip
Separate the lenderaddress 1-4 fields into street1, street2, city, state, country, zip etc for easier reporting, searching, mapping, etc.
