Improve normalization of journal titles for copyright searching and counting against rule of five
Some titles have carriage returns, trailing spaces, and abbreviations that make the rule of five not match. Also, journals change title throughout their run. Should the copyright query count another field like ISSN, OCLC Number, or some other field?

Allow WebCirc customization in Customization Manager
Since WebCirc changes are not supported on Atlas hosted servers, it would be nice to add some customization options for WebCirc and WebReports into the Customization Manager.
As an example, changing the status message that pops up when checking out a transaction for a blocked user.

Option to disable borrowing overdue notices on closed days
It would be helpful if libraries could choose to suppress sending borrowing overdue notices to patrons on days when the library and/or ILL office is closed. We do not check for ILL returns on Saturdays or Sundays, and on Monday morning we backdate everything returned over the weekend to Friday. However, patrons are regularly annoyed/alarmed to receive an overdue notice on Saturday or Sunday when they've already returned the item. We do indicate that this is nothing to worry about in our email template, but not everyone reads the entire email, unfortunately.

Support for New Docline "NLM Unique ID" Requests
Since New Docline's initial release, NLM has continued to add and refine features. One feature that has changed recently is an improved ability to handle requests based on NLM Unique ID. This is in addition to requests for articles with a PMID and "manual" requests.
Request by NLM Unique ID is great for requesting print books that NLM owns (since they are such a reliable lender) as well as for all journal articles that are not indexed in PubMed, but for which a journal-level bib record exists in NLM's LocatorPlus catalog.
In fact, New Docline's "Borrow - Unique Journal ID"…

Book Chapters - send Article Constant Data instead of Loan
Ticket 6277. Book Chapter requests are using OCLC Loan Constant Data instead of Article. Would like to use article constant data for book chapters.

Printing a individual invoice
I would like the ability to print an invoice right away for the libraries that email their request and ask that we attach an invoice to the request. Most of the time these are specialty or international libraries that rarely or don't use OCLC or Docline. This would also be good for individual users ( former Lomsone Doc Users) who are not part of our university or our medical association.

Enable automatic Odyssey coversheets for borrowing
There is currently a function that allows a custom coversheet to be inserted automatically before Odyssey sending for Borrowing & Document Delivery, but not for Lending. It would be great from the lending library’s standpoint since we’d be more compliant in terms of copyright & licenses if we could include the Title 17 notice there, and any usage restrictions. It would also be great for the borrowing library’s standpoint since Odyssey is a more direct delivery method than Article Exchange

Improve retrieval of Alma holdings when there are multiple volumes.
ALMA doesn't have holdings for each volume when there are multiple volumes, so in z39.50 only the most recent volume is pulled up in the search. Is there a way for ILLiad to handle this better? If not within z39.50, then via an addon maybe? (This is from ticket 8080)

Have Lender Select box consider Odyssey and email addresses too
Atlas support said recently that only the shipping and billing address fields are checked for incoming ILL requests. Libraries often change their contact info. and it would be best if the system is checking for that too in order to avoid outdated Lender records in the Client and misdeliveries

Ability to utilize IFM via Billing Manager for Lost Book/other charges
Paying/Billing for lost or damaged items is complicated! It would be great if we could utilize the power of IFM to bill one another instead. Also, we would know that the money is going right back into ILL services!

Allow Request Notes to be Edited
I often need to delete notes I have just added to a request because I realize that there is a typo or I want to add to the note. It would be very helpful to be able to just edit the existing note rather than having to delete it and add a new note.

Make "terminal" statuses customizable
We have some statuses that are effectively terminal (eg "Supplied via consortial system"). However, these will remain in patrons' Active Requests in the web interface forever, unless they are moved to Request Finished or Cancelled by ILL Staff. It would be great to be able to add to what statuses are considered no-longer-active.

Unfilled request process not canceling the OCLC request
Check for any conditionals in the history. If a condition is denied from the last lender, the request will automatically update to unfilled. If the user then immediately creates a new OCLC request from the open request, the process to remove the existing OCLC request will not run. The work-around is to close the request after responding to the condition and open the request from the Awaiting Unfilled Processing queue. This behavior is similar to the Awaiting Request Processing queue where the options to create an OCLC request will only appear if the request is opened from the queue.
