Populate scheduled date as current date on New Request form in client. Currently, when a staff person clicks the New Request for User button in the Aeon Staff Client (from a user record), the scheduled date field is blank. Most sites require this field for a request and find it would be useful to have this field populate when requests are submitted in the client, as well.

Web user would like to print an invoice from the web Used for reimbursement. Current option of just printing the table of requests does not look very official or sufficient.

Active requests button in activity Rather than accidentally change all requests in an activity using Shift+click function, please add an "active requests" button like in User profiles so we can filter out cancelled requests from activity view.

Make OpenURL importing smarter to handle possible blank fields If an OpenURL string contains a blank value for one of the fields, skip it so that a later field that contains a value can be used.

Allow Aeon to ping paging staff to alert them to new requests. Right now, our pages need to walk past the computer workstation every 5-10 minutes, interrupting their work, to check whether there are new reading room requests for material. If Aeon could buzz their phones or push a notification through an app when there are new requests, that could allow workers to fluidly work without missing new requests.

Way to notify staff via email when a request enters a certain queue Some staff rarely use the staff client and it would be good to get an alert to check out a request.

Remove flags from multiple requests at once We'd love to have the ability to "batch remove" flags from multiple requests in one action. Ideally this would provide an option to either 1) remove all flags from all selected requests, or 2) choose which flags to remove from selected requests.

Scheduled Date field - option to exclude time /change default time When selecting a date in the Scheduled Date field in a client request form, the time currently defaults to 12:00am. If you are selecting today's date to enter a new request, you must also change the time to a valid time (else receive the error "The scheduled date field must be set to a date that is in the future.")
Is it possible to change the default time to a time that a request would more likely be entered in the client (such as 12:00pm), or to change the default to whatever the current time is? If not, it would…

Delete users and/or requests Sites would like to delete users and requests from the database permanently. This is for cleaning up bogus records as well as breaking the connection for old successful requests the site does not want to keep any longer.

Automated flag removal at time of reshelve Is it possible for the system to automatically remove the flag status at the time the item is "reshelved". Thus avoiding duplicate handling of the record and causing confusion of the number of items on selected locations.

Show who attended an activity/event without adding them as users for that activity Students may have come to view the items, but you don't want to add them as users for that activity because they shouldn't be able to create requests associated with it. But staff (and instructors) like to know who was in the room.

Make user merge process more clear We would like to keep the option of not clearing users when merging accounts. Clicking on "merge" on a user should go to that user in the merge list.
We would like the whole process of merging to be smoother -- it should be possible to start from any status and merge, and it should be easier to find related individuals. Also, if you click "merge" on a certain user, it should start with that user in the list of users.
The current merge workflow is incredibly confusing.
