  6. Scheduled Date field - option to exclude time /change default time

    When selecting a date in the Scheduled Date field in a client request form, the time currently defaults to 12:00am. If you are selecting today's date to enter a new request, you must also change the time to a valid time (else receive the error "The scheduled date field must be set to a date that is in the future.")

    Is it possible to change the default time to a time that a request would more likely be entered in the client (such as 12:00pm), or to change the default to whatever the current time is? If not, it would…

  7. Automated flag removal at time of reshelve

    Is it possible for the system to automatically remove the flag status at the time the item is "reshelved". Thus avoiding duplicate handling of the record and causing confusion of the number of items on selected locations.

  8. Show who attended an activity/event without adding them as users for that activity

    Students may have come to view the items, but you don't want to add them as users for that activity because they shouldn't be able to create requests associated with it. But staff (and instructors) like to know who was in the room.

  9. Make user merge process more clear

    We would like to keep the option of not clearing users when merging accounts. Clicking on "merge" on a user should go to that user in the merge list.

    We would like the whole process of merging to be smoother -- it should be possible to start from any status and merge, and it should be easier to find related individuals. Also, if you click "merge" on a certain user, it should start with that user in the list of users.

    The current merge workflow is incredibly confusing.

  11. Delete users and/or requests

    Sites would like to delete users and requests from the database permanently. This is for cleaning up bogus records as well as breaking the connection for old successful requests the site does not want to keep any longer.

  13. Ability to save billing information without yet generating the invoice

    "Would like to be able to save pricing/order information without generating an invoice. OR without having the information be available to the patron.

    We need a DRAFT mode so we can leave an incomplete invoice without exposing it to patron and to move status."

  15. Cloned activity request should update with new scheduled date

    Cloned activity requests should be updated to reflect a new scheduled date, ideally equal to the activity begin date.

  19. Add a link for viewing requests on Aeon's Review Requests page

    On Aeon's View Requests in Review page, there is no link to view the details of a request. The only options are to either edit individual requests or batch-submit requests.

    This can be accomplished by adding one of the following to the Templates/RequestsInReviewDataRow.html page.

  20. Option to store certain customization values securely

    There may be certain customization values in the Customization Manager that should be hidden by default, such as SMTP passwords, LDAP authentication settings, etc. Those values would not be readable through the interface but could be reset by staff with access to the Customization Manager.
