Add log file destination to the installer as a configurable option
The current config file in the installer puts all logs in “%envFolderPath{MyDocuments}\Aeon\Logs”. There is no way to change this in the installer, to point to a location such as “%envFolderPath{OneDrive}\Aeon\Logs”. Changing that after installation requires modifying three config files per installation. We would like the option of changing the destination of the log files during installation.

Increase size of the icons that appear in the Aeon staff client
Georgia Archives has asked that the icons (e.g. refresh, "heart" button, tabs navigation button) in the Aeon staff client be larger so that it is easier for staff to see them and use them.

Add the ability to schedule partial closures
Add the ability to schedule partial closures within the customization manager. Because of instruction held frequently in the reading room, I would like to be able to block requesting for specific blocks of time within a day, for example, from 1:00-2:30.

Open electronically delivered items in separate tab or window
Add the functionality to have the electronically delivered file(s) open in a separate tab or window in the web browser. This way the user can still have their Aeon account viewable.

Create "email all" functionality that allows the option to email all patrons in bulk from Aeon.
We'd like Aeon to allow us the capability of emailing all approved researchers through the system directly. Currently, we have to create a list and export it from Aeon to send emails from another system

Sending activity notification to a user who has yet created an account
I'd like to be able to create an activity and send a link to a user to add items even if they haven't yet created an account. The link would take them to the account creation page and then let them submit requests for the activity. Currently, I have to hope they let me know when they created an account or keep checking in Aeon before I know that I can add them to the activity.

Create deadline for submitting requests to an activity
I'd like to close an activity for additional submissions from nonstaff by a certain date. That way I would have adequate time to pull materials and don't need to constantly monitor activities to see if faculty or students added items.

Allow activity cloning from web account
Possibility of adding activity cloning from researchers web account. We work with several faculty and groups teaching the same classes each year and allowing them control of this function would help alleviate the impact this currently has on staff time.

Include "Notes" field when cloning requests.
When a request is cloned either within the Aeon Client, or from the online platform, can the information present in the "Notes" field of the original request transfer into the new request? For example: our local/staff notes, which indicate unique item locations populate into this field. When cloning, these notes do not transfer, which impacts turn around time and requires staff to either look at and copy notes from the original request, or locate the material in our ILS to find the notes. Ability to customize new request notifications
I'd love to be able to customize the new request notifications. An example would be to to turn off notifications for requests that are part of activities.

Remove SecondaryAddressActive key from Customization Manager
UseSecondaryAddress was added in Aeon 5.0 and controls whether the secondary address fields are displayed in the web interface.
Need to investigate whether SecondaryAddressActive is used for anything before removing.

Create keys for or add additional fields to CustomDropDown table to indicate on which form a field should be displayed
Example: Fields like Status are often hard-coded on NewUserRegistration and NewAuthRegistration if the site wants some statuses that are internal-only or if the statuses should display differently for affiliate vs non-affiliate users.
Including keys in the customization manager or some way to indicate which options should be included on which form would allow for more flexibility with those options and eliminate the need to hard-code the values on the web forms.

Add key in customization manager to allow automatic user clearance
This should be a yes/no value since many sites have a security process and want to clear users on arrival. But if a site does not want to clear users, this key would automatically set new users (specifically those with SSO credentials affiliated with the institution) to Cleared on registration.

ArchivesSpace - Aeon Fulfillment Plugin - Import data from Rights Statement sub-record
I am submitting this on behalf of an Aeon library, and I also think the enhancement would be useful to other libraries. The library would like for the contents of the Rights Statement sub-record in ArchivesSpace to import into Aeon. This is not possible right now, as the Rights Statement does not publish to the PUI. However, it has been a frequent request for the ASpace development team, so if they do make the Rights Statement sub-record available on the PUI, some Aeon users would want that data to import into Aeon.

ArchivesSpace - Aeon Fulfillment Plugin - Import Creators at Collection level
The Aeon Fulfillment Plugin for the ASpace PUI can currently import Creators that are added to the component level in a resource record, but it cannot import Creators that are added at the collection level. I am submitting this idea on behalf of an Aeon library that adds creators at the collection level - this is common practice, so the plugin should also be able to import Creators from a collection-level resource record.

Add functionality to add conditional fields and text based on form inputs
Many sites wish to display or hide fields and text based on specific data inputs, a specific format or checking For Publication are two examples. It would be helpful to create a secondary form that could display this text or the fields before patrons submit their request form.

Allow ILLiad TN (from Aeon-ILLiad integration mapping) to merge into email templates
Sites would like to be able to include the ILLiad TN when contacting patrons. It's not currently possible to include this field in the email templates.

Confirm Lucidea Sydney will support OpenURL requesting. If not, see whether work done in CuadraStar is transferrable.
