Include "Notes" field when cloning requests. When a request is cloned either within the Aeon Client, or from the online platform, can the information present in the "Notes" field of the original request transfer into the new request? For example: our local/staff notes, which indicate unique item locations populate into this field. When cloning, these notes do not transfer, which impacts turn around time and requires staff to either look at and copy notes from the original request, or locate the material in our ILS to find the notes. Allow users to clear all search boxes on dashboard from quick access toolbar Currently, each search box on the dashboard (users, requests, actviites) has to be reset/cleared individually or by clicking the reset option from the bottom half of the search button. It would be convenient to provide a "clear all" option from the quick access toolbar that would quickly reset all search boxes to blank.

User ability to extend/renew hold online Our users would like the ability to extend/renew their holds online. We currently extend holds upon request in the reading room but for off-site materials it would be helpful for users to be able to do this without visiting the reading room.

Have the Site field set based on the staff user's DBC when creating requests from an Excel If a staff user forgets to include the Site value when creating requests from an Excel file, the Site is set to blank and the requests are not visible to staff. It would be helpful to have the Site value automatically set based on the user's DBC in the same way it is set when single requests are created in the client.

Allow users in the Staff Manager to delete grid settings for multiple staff at once Currently, grid settings have to be deleted individually for each user in the Staff Manager. If a change is made to the layout template and grid settings need to be cleared, it can be cumbersome and time-consuming to select each staff person individually and click Delete Grid Settings. The option to select multiple staff and clear grid settings for all users selected would be preferable.

Have "Clone and Finish" button not only for items in "Item checked out" status, but also other statuses. Right now, this can only be done when the item is in "Item Checked out" but, this leads to many requests that languish in "Awaiting Item Reshelving" because people forget to finish. This would solve that! Thanks.

Increase the granularity of staff client permissions Examples of permission limitations that sites need are necessary. Are staff limited from editing or viewing? Would a web interface with only certain available tasks fix the issue?

For full day appointments, if user attempts to schedule for date available but appointment time has passed, show appropriate notification If reading room allows for all day appointment, say 10am - 5pm, and a user attempts to book for the next available day (min lead day), date appears to be availalble but is not. Full day should be greyed out in this case.

For example, when a request is routed to Appointment Confirmed, an appointment confirmation email is set from the system automatically.

Add 'accommodations needed' field to appointment form Purdue University would like for patrons to be able to request needed accommodations for their reading room appointments, such as a magnifying glass or extra light. They are currently using the Special Requests field to collect this info, but they would like for a dedicated field that is part of the appointment form so that they can include acknowledgement of the request when they send the appointment confirmation email.

Ability to verify valid email addresses when patrons register Boston Public Library would like to make sure that patrons add a valid, working email address when registering in Aeon. This goes beyond web validation for email address formatting; they would like for Aeon to be able to send an email validation to the patron to confirm that it is their email address.
