Increase size for file transfer Increase the current file size beyond 2GB so that orders do not have to be broken up. Milwaukee Public Library currently maintains a paid subscription to another service that is redundant, but does not have the same file size limits. It would be great to eliminate this subscription if Aeon could handle larger file sizes.

In Staff Manager separate option to reset staff's view of Queues and Queue groupings from Grid settings If you make adjustments to the Staff Template specific to the Queue listing (Home tab), the only way to apply that is to use the Delete Grid options which will also clear out any column order or customization that staff have done to the Q view in their own client. If there were another way to do this it would be very helpful.

Activities - include Activity ID in activities tab view of active activities The University of Pittsburgh has adapted the batch import template to allow for the import of requests into more than one activity. They did that by adding the activity ID field to the template. It would be easier to get the activity IDs if they were included in the fields that display when a staff person clicks on the Activities tab in the staff client and views the current activities. From this view, the table can be exported to Excel. It would be helpful if the activity ID was included in the export. The Activity ID field is not currently…

Appointment Scheduling - Change military time view to 12-hour time view The University of Pittsburgh would like for the Appointment Scheduling tab in the customization manager to display the Open Hours as 12-hour times instead of in military time.

Aeon - ArchivesSpace Client addon - allow staff to choose which instance to import The University of Pittsburgh would like the ability to choose which instance to import when material is linked to more than one instance. Right now, Aeon imports the first listed instance. If the first listed instance is a digital object, Aeon imports that information instead of the physical container information.

Aeon Fulfillment Plugin for ArchivesSpace PUI - Creation date should be pulled from Start/End Date fields Currently, when requesting from the ArchivesSpace PUI, the ASpace <#creationdate> mapping is pulling from the Expression field in the Dates sub-record. The University of Baltimore does not use this field usually (and this is true of other archives), so the ItemDate field in Aeon is not getting populated. They would like for the <#creationdate> to pull from the Start/End Date fields, or, if possible, pull from the dates info that is displaying in the component record on the PUI side.

Support alternate date formats in web date pickers In both the Scheduled Date calendar and Appointment calendars, Aeon should support alternate (non-US) date formats, such as DD/MM/YYYY.

Add additional clearance options or option to create custom clearance statuses Some sites would like to use Disavow ONLY as a security status for users who should not be allowed to use materials. Merging users should include more nuance and set clearance status as Duplicate (or something custom) rather than Disavowed so staff can more easily differentiate between inactive users.

Cloned Requests Inheriting the status of original request? Is it possible for cloned requests to inherit the status of the original requests instead of the requests starting over in Awaiting Request Processing? We would like to be able to clone requests and have them retain the same status as the original requests from which they are cloned.

Allow Aeon to send requests to ILLiad for reproduction fulfillment The University of Baltimore would like the reverse functionality of the current integration between Aeon and ILLiad. They would like to send Aeon reproduction requests to ILLiad. This is because Access Services staff use ILLiad to manage certain reproduction requests from Special Collections. They think it would be easier for Access Services staff to work in ILLiad on these requests instead of having AS staff work in Aeon. When the requests are fulfilled, ILLiad would update Aeon and make the reproductions available to the patron.

Create separate NewUserRegistration email templates for RemoteAuth and AeonAuth Information provided to different types of users may need to be different when confirming registration. Different email templates would allow sites to provide the necessary details to affiliate vs non-affiliate users. Should include a key to determine whether the same or different emails should be sent to patrons.

Allow partial anonymizing of user data and request history. This would allow Aeon sites to anonymize part of a users data/request history to protect their privacy while also maintaining statistics long term. For example: an active users request history may extend beyond the 5 year data collection period maintained for audit. The user would retain their access to Aeon, but all requests prior to the 5 year collection period could be anonymized. Allowing the site to maintain their statistics and ensure user privacy.

Retain activity Completed status if other ActivityStatus options are removed from CustomDropDown By default, the Aeon ActivityStatus includes the options Created, In Progress, Fulfilled, and Completed. Only In Progress and Fulfilled can be changed/removed. However, if both are removed, the Completed option no longer appears. The Completed option should always be present, like Created.

Add transaction status photoduplication status name columns to bundle in staff layout template Currently, only the Transaction and Photoduplication status IDs appear in the bundle grid. It would be useful for staff to see the full status name, as most are not familiar with the ID.
Additionally, any changes made to this grid should save to the layout template (at individual and template edit levels).
