Scheduled Date field - option to exclude time /change default time When selecting a date in the Scheduled Date field in a client request form, the time currently defaults to 12:00am. If you are selecting today's date to enter a new request, you must also change the time to a valid time (else receive the error "The scheduled date field must be set to a date that is in the future.")
Is it possible to change the default time to a time that a request would more likely be entered in the client (such as 12:00pm), or to change the default to whatever the current time is? If not, it would…

Problem with "Item Cleanup with the System Manager" When the "DaysBeforeElectronicDeliveryCleanup" key is set, the System Manager is not JUST changing the photoduplication status to finished for the orders whose files it has deleted, but it sends all the orders whose photoduplication status is delivered and photoduplication status date is over DaysBeforeElectronicDeliveryCleanup to finished status.
The cleanup process should be really driven by the name of files deleted by the system manager. The system manager should really leave other orders alone, no matter what status they have or how long they have that status. Otherwise,

If a user needs to be cleared, default to the Process ribbon on the user form When opening a user to clear them, the form defaults to the default ribbon and you have to click the process ribbon. For users that need to be cleared, it should default to the Process ribbon.

Change name to "Link Billing Account" vs "Add Billing Account" to avoid confusion When linking a Billing Account to a user account, the "Add billing account" label confuses users. Maybe it could be changed to read "Associate Billing Account," or "Link Billing Account."

Make "Total" field available in list (grid) views. This would require financial data to be accessible in the "Column Chooser" in grid view, so that "Total" could become another possible column of information.

Better user interface for creating routing rules in Customization Manager Make the rule field like an email template where you can right click to choose a table and field to prevent typos etc.

Option to batch cancel multiple requests from the activity request list You can route them all now, but you can't cancel which would choose a reason and offer the option to email.

Add option to Appointment to pre-assign seat Currently, seats/tables can be assigned when the user is signed into the Aeon client. Some sites pre-assign seats in order to ensure all users have the proper space for the materials they are using. There is no mechanism to record this in the Aeon system currently. Add a field that pulls from ReadingRoomLocation in the CustomDropDown table where staff can pre-assign the seat. It would also be great is the seat could be automatically populated when staff sign the user in (and potentially some way to prevent another user from being signed into that seat during the pre-assigned user's appointment).

Staff client calendar - would like both reading room and activities to display on calendar From the University of Tulsa: As archival staff, we would like to be able to see all of our public-facing reading room activities - appointments and activities - on one calendar. It would be handy to also have the activities display on the Calendar tab in the staff client that already displays the reading room appointments.

Appointment email templates: Shorten display of time I am submitting this on behalf of the University of Tulsa:The appointment start and stop times in the appointment email templates display in the format HH:MM:SS. For example: "Your appointment from 12:00:00 PM to 1:00:00 PM is confirmed." The additional zeros in the seconds format looks clunky. We would like the times to display in the format HH:MM.

Allow multiple researchers to be linked to a transaction for group work We often have researchers who arrive together and work together, looking at the same materials at the same time. In these instances, one person makes the requests in their account and then we clone the requests to any other users and print call slips out for them. Something that would be a lot easier for us is if there was a way to group researchers and perhaps get multiple names on a call slip so we could just print out one slip.

Have Aeon automatically sign out patrons when reading room closes Purdue University would like for Aeon to automatically sign patrons out at when the reading room closes, based on the hours that are set up in appointments. This is in case staff forget to sign a patron out of the reading room, and no one notices until the reading room reopens. Aeon Appointments front-facing tracking While we have granular details about user Reading Room history via the client, is there a way to allow patrons to see similar history? With the All Appointments filter, patrons can now see a history of their appointments. However, it doesn't specify how long the patron was there or if they showed up at all. Also, the Scheduled Appointments history doesn't allow for walk-in visitors, who do not make an advance appointment. Thank you.

Search by user email via custom search field on top of dashboard Create a new search field in the Custom User Search section on top of the dashboard that allows for search by user email (now it has search by Username, Name, or ID). While we can currently create a custom search to do this, it would be quicker if staff can just enter an email in a field on top of the dashboard.
