User email and transaction emails - show in user history It would be helpful to see the history of all emails sent to a user in the account history tab even if they are sent from the transaction level.

Expand routing rules to use additional tables Many sites have different workflows for various types of activities. It would be useful to allow routing rules to use the Activity table.
An example would be for Exhibits. These activities often have additional workflow steps and are checked out for longer. It would be useful to use a routing rule to route activity requests for exhibits to custom exhibit queues.
Another example is to narrow the routing to a custom offsite request queue only if requests for a specific activity type should go to the custom queue.

Design a reference module within the Aeon staff client We need to know how many sites would use a reference request management system within Aeon, versus having Aeon connect to an existing one. What sort of features are mandatory for it?

More flexibility with multi-site configurations This idea came from a list in preparation for the 2015 Aeon User Symposium.
Better administrative options for configuring multi-site (not single system contact email, individual request limits per repository, Customization Manager for each Reading Room), better email support for multi-site in Aeon and not relying on Outlook rules to forward email to correct repository)

Display flag when viewing transaction The only way to tell when viewing a transaction that it is flagged seems to be to notice that "Remove Flag" is an option. Would like to something that is more noticeable.

Allow multiple attachments on request record (like on user record) Having the ability to upload multiple attachments per transaction would be nice. We don't use attachments specifically because we can't upload multiple items.

Ability to edit default batch process options We'd love to be able to edit the starting status and end status of the default batch process options (Check Out, Place on Hold, Reshelve Item, Item Reshelved, Item Delivered.) The default batch process rules don't recognize any custom queues, so whenever we process requests with a custom status it triggers a pop-up warning that the status is non-standard. Having to click through the pop-up each time really slows down our workflows.

Allow web alerts to be reordered after posting When a web alert is posted, it automatically shows in the web. When a subsequent alert is posted, it automatically appears below the first posted alert. There is no way to reorder Alerts once posted to show any that are the most important at the top.
Ex: a site could have several alerts posted about hours, requesting, and an exhibit. Then they need to post an alert about a closure. This alert is the most important, but in order for it to appear at the top of the list, all other current alerts have to be set to expire so…

Staff would like the option to copy and paste an entire grid from the staff client. Staff have been missing this functionality since it was removed in Aeon 3.8 and would like to have it back.

Restore "bright yellow" highlighting for modified but unsaved field values Restore "bright yellow" highlighting for modified but unsaved field values or provide options for skin color palette customization. Previous default highlight color (#FEFD35) was well-liked by staff and none of the current skins offer a comparable attention-grabbing option.

Enable Recurring Appointments Some of our researchers are requesting recurring appointments in our Reading Room, but we currently have to create a separate appointment for each individual date. It would be so helpful to be able to schedule those appointments all at once!

Add "Print Request" button to User Appointment ribbon Hi,
We would love to see Aeon add the "Print Request" button to User Appointment ribbon. For offsite materials, printing a duplicate callslip is unnecessary and these print request pick lists are helpful for our paging procedures.

Allow users to select multiple dates/date spans in the Aeon appointment calendar We desperately need for users to be able to choose more than one date on the calendar via a single request form. For researchers visiting for one week, for example, we would like them to be able to select their needed materials (from a finding aid, for example), and then be able to select the entire week they propose to visit, as opposed to having to submit a form for each day they want to visit (what if they are viewing one large collection for that entire week, for example - now they have to submit a form for each…
